Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Du bist Verkäufer, Verhandler, Möglichmacher (m/w/d) – verantwortlich für ein Portfolio aus Top-Agenturen und Direktkunden im deutschen Werbemarkt.

  • Du vermarktest maßgeschneiderte, crossmediale Werbelösungen, die Disney+ (SAVOD), TV, Digital Video und Social Media zu einer Kampagnenwelt verbinden, die wirkt.

  • Du entwickelst strategische Kundenbeziehungen, erkennst Umsatzpotenziale, gestaltest Angebote aktiv und setzt neue Standards in der Premiumvermarktung.

  • Du positionierst Disney+ und unsere linearen TV-Marken (Disney Channel, NatGeo, NatGeo Wild) als unverzichtbare Plattformen im Mediaplan.

  • Du präsentierst auf Entscheiderebene, gewinnst Pitches, schaffst kreative Paketlösungen und machst Werbung zu einem Erlebnis.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Signifikante Erfahrung im Media Sales, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt TV, Digital oder CTV.

  • Du bist Vermarkter durch und durch – dein Denken ist vertriebsgetrieben, deine Sprache marktgerecht, dein Handeln auf Umsatz fokussiert.

  • Du kennst den deutschen Werbemarkt, hast ein belastbares Netzwerk in Agenturen und/oder bei Direktkunden und verstehst Media als Geschäft.

  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, verstehst Kundenbedürfnisse, übersetzt sie in Lösungen und machst aus Kontakten langfristige Umsatzquellen.

  • Du willst nicht nur verkaufen, sondern Vermarktung aktiv mitgestalten – strategisch, kreativ und partnerschaftlich.

  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
