Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

舞台技術員(電子設備維修及保養、道具維修及保養、舞台技術、燈光和吊索、激光效果、綜合演出控制、煙花及特別效果)負責支援每天在香港迪士尼樂園度假區的表演和各項節慶活動。以下是技術團隊的可選工作範疇。

電子設備維修及保養

  • 負責維修娛樂事務設備，主要包括燈光、音響、影片、綜合演出控制系統、特別效果、道具及通訊系統
  • 熟悉音響、影片、燈光設備、Windows/Linux/Mac OS及網路系統
道具維修及保養
  • 負責維修及保養用作演出的道具、木偶、場景佈置及遊行花車以保持演出質量
  • 對遊行花車、劇院場景、演出用道具及木偶進行日常預防性維修及保養
  • 熟習對舞台背景板上色、修補玻璃纖維及調色的工作
樂園支援/劇場 (舞台技術)
  • 負責現場演出節目的日常運作及其道具的預備、佈置、編排、綵排及保養
  • 在現場演出場地進行日常佈置及運作，並維修劇場的器材及解決途中所遇的技術性疑難，包括但不限於燈光、音響、錄像、道具、LED屏幕、舞台裝飾及特別效果裝置
  • 因應季節性或特別活動，製造、安裝及處理新製成品並解決其相關的技術性疑難
燈光和吊索
  • 負責現場演出節目的日常運作及其道具的預備、佈置、編排、綵排及保養
  • 在現場演出場地/舞台背景板進行日常佈置及操作，維修劇場的器材及解決途中所遇的技術性疑難，包括但不限於燈光儀表板、控制模組、使用吊索工具的相關設備如照明燈具、桁架系統、線路佈置及起重設備
  • 負責燈光和吊索系統的設計、整合和安裝
  • 成為高空用的鋼索、防墮扣、起重器零件、螺栓及固定裝置的專才
激光效果
  • 在監督下進行激光系統測試並完成設置以符合演出規格
  • 因應演出程序設置及校準激光效果角度
  • 對激光效果設備進行日常預防性維修及保養以維持演出質量
  • 妥善記錄日常激光效果系統及觀察激光發射方向，以保障演出時的安全


綜合演出控制
  • 成為綜合演出控制系統的專才並針對燈光及激光系統的編寫、保養及解決途中所遇的技術性疑難
  • 負責綜合演出控制系統及設備的安裝、設置、操作及保養
  • 負責編排及操作錄像網路配對系統、播放錄像及配對網路系統
煙花及特別效果
  • 負責現場演出節目活動的日常運作，包括搬運、預備、佈置及裝填相關器材設備
  • 根據公司安全指引及相關規例裝填、卸除煙花物品及器材，並處理安裝、拆除正常或無法運作的煙火物品
  • 對煙火控制信號指示及相關線路系統有既定的認識
倉務
  • 主要負責處理器材進出紀錄，包括器材裝載及包裝
  • 負責器材、工具維修保養及保存妥善的紀錄
  • 定期進行倉庫盤點並提交有關管理層報告

具較多工作經驗者會被考慮為較資深職位

Basic Qualifications:

  • 中學或以上程度
  • 具備最少1年劇場後台工作或現場娛樂事務運作或器材管理經驗
  • 能應付頻繁使用體力的工作包括搬運、攀爬、蹲坐、高空工作及長期站立
  • 須處理大量、節奏快及以賓客服務為本的環境下工作
  • 須輪班並間中通宵工作

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 持有多媒體及娛樂科藝 / 舞台及佈景設計或其他相關學科的高級文憑 / 副學位者
  • 持有香港駕駛執照(第一及第二類別)者優先
  • 持有起重機運作牌照者優先
  • 持有特別效果技師牌照(B 組)者優先
  • 註冊電業工程人員及持有平安卡者優先
