Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de la maintenance, vous réalisez en atelier et sur le parc toutes les opérations de manutention et de levage d’équipements hors gabarit, pour les attractions ou les locations, dans le respect des Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Votre mission consiste à optimiser votre travail et appliquer les procédures opérationnelles établies à partir des consignes données, sous le contrôle ponctuel d’un membre de l’encadrement.

Responsabilités

  • Transmettre vos connaissances techniques et attitudes professionnelles à vos collègues.

  • Appliquer les règles de sécurité sur votre lieu de travail.

  • Réaliser les tâches confiées par la hiérarchie dans le respect des consignes.

  • Déplacer des équipements volumineux (cart, wagon, véhicule, mobilier, etc.) nécessitant des autorisations de conduite, y compris dans des zones à accès restreint.

  • Garantir l’intégrité des équipements du point de chargement au point de déchargement.

  • Organiser les tournées sur le Resort ou chez des fournisseurs extérieurs.

  • Veiller au bon état du matériel, équipement et véhicule nécessaires à votre activité.

Activités principales

  • Transmettre votre savoir-faire en matière de qualité de service, utilisation des outils, procédures et méthodes de travail.

  • Proposer des actions correctives immédiates et adaptées à toute problématique opérationnelle.

  • Appliquer et veiller au respect des procédures opérationnelles, des standards de qualité et environnementaux, ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, services.

  • Prendre des initiatives pour améliorer le fonctionnement du service.

  • Réaliser le déplacement et la manutention complexe de charges en milieu industriel (chargement, transport, déchargement).

  • Assurer la manutention des palettes et équipements au sein des ateliers centraux.

  • Préserver les biens et le patrimoine de l’entreprise en assurant la propreté et le bon état des équipements confiés.

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme : BEPC / BEP / BP / CFP, spécialité CQP Opérateur de levage et manutention complexe en milieu industriel.

  • Expérience : Moins de 2 ans.

  • Langue : Français exigé.

  • Habilitations/Certifications : CACES Cat 1,3,5,9 ; PISA.

  • Compétences transverses : analyse, écoute, organisation, communication, sécurisation, conduite, entretien

  • Poste de jour, 5 jours du lundi au vendredi

  • CDD jusqu'au 27/09/2026
