プログラム概要：

  • 実務を通じて、技術的・専門的なスキルの強化・習得
  • メンタリングプログラムを通じて、サポートネットワークの構築
  • 多様なバックグラウンドを持つプロフェッショナルと働く機会

応募資格：

  • 3年以上の社会人経験をお持ちの方
  • 2年以上キャリアを中断されていた方
  • キャリアを再スタートさせたいと考えている方
  • 言語：日本語（母国語レベル）、英語（尚可）

職務内容:

① 社員向け研修及びイベント、人事プロジェクト等の企画・運営サポート

  • 研修及びイベントのロジスティックスサポート
  • サーベイの作成・分析・レポート作成等
  • 各施策の企画から実施までのサポート全般

② 各種イベント・施策のブランディング＆コミュニケーション

  • 社内コミュニケーションおよびプロモーション資料の基本レイアウトとクリエイティブデザインのサポート
  • 各種ニュースレターの編集
  • 翻訳業務（英語から日本語、日本語から英語）

必須条件:

  • 高いコミュニケーション能力とプロジェクト管理能力
  • 仕事に対する責任感が持てる方
  • 迅速に学ぶことができる方
  • 協調性のある方
  • Microsoft Officeの基本・応用操作
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル（TOEIC 860点以上）
