工作概要:
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?
La Direction Design & Delivery, a pour mission l’amélioration du cadre du travail des cast members, à cet effet l’équipe Design & Delivery gère l’augmentation et la rénovation du patrimoine immobilier dans les coulisses.
Cette équipe, gère la construction de nouveaux ouvrages en conception /réalisation mais également la réhabilitation/ rénovation du patrimoine actuel avec des partenaires de type Maitrise d’œuvre.
Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous intégrerez l'équipe « BOH Construction » en tant qu’assistant(e) chef de projet construction et Réhabilitation.
Sous la direction du chef(fe) de projets, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos services internes (achat, finance, juridique, urbanisme, etc.) pour assurer la gestion et le suivi de chantiers de construction neuve et/ou de réhabilitation. Vous veillez à ce que ces projets respectent les valeurs et l'identité de notre entreprise.
Vos missions : 🥽
- Vous menez les études de conception en suivant le cahier des charges fourni par le ou les clients internes et auditez le client interne si besoin
- Vous contribuez à la rédaction des documents projet : compte-rendu, PV, planning, cahier des charges, etc…
- Vous initiez et organisez les négociations avec les prestataires et entreprises en collaboration avec le service achat
- Vous demandez et suivez les autorisations administratives (déclaration préalable, permis de construire et autres...)
- Vous participez à la réception de travaux, aux négociations financières et rassemblez les dossiers des ouvrages exécutés pour archivage
- Vous rédigez des notes de synthèse et/ou des présentations sur des sujets soumis à arbitrage de l'équipe projet ou de la direction
- Vous contrôlez la bonne exécution du chantier en assistant aux réunions et aux visites régulières de site.
- Vous participez au pilotage des parties prenantes (service interne, MOE, bureau d’étude, architecte, entreprises diverses) sur les opérations aussi bien en phase étude que travaux
Profil / Compétences 💼
- Vous préparez un diplôme niveau bac+4/+5 en école d’Ingénieur spécialisé le bâtiment / génie civile
- Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine (stage ou alternance)
- Vous recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026
- Vous avez un niveau de français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B1) serait un plus
- Vous maitrisez le pack Office notamment Excel et Powerpoint
- Des connaissances sur les outils de gestion de projet tels que MS Project, Revit, DAO, AutoCAD ou BIM serait un plus
- Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé et curieux
- Vous avez des capacités de communication reconnues.
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe impliquant une collaboration à 360° avec nos différents partenaires internes
