Overall Purpose of the Role

Do you love digital media, entertainment and storytelling? Are you curious about how digital campaigns come to life and eager to learn in a creative, international environment?

We’re looking for a Digital Media Intern to join our Disney+ Digital team in Milan.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience working on Disney+ digital campaigns, creative assets and local projects. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across different teams, creative agencies and EMEA partners, learning how ideas turn into campaigns that connect with audiences.

What you’ll do

As part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Support the development and localization of digital creative assets, working with creative agencies and internal teams.
Help prepare campaign materials, media reports and performance updates, developing your understanding of digital campaign strategy.
Contribute ideas and support the development of local projects and digital content.
Collaborate with the Digital Acquisition team and EMEA partners on creative assets and campaign activities.
Learn more about the digital media ecosystem and how Disney+ campaigns are developed and activated.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and eager to learn. You might be a great fit if you:

Have a Master’s degree or equivalent educational background.
Have a good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Are interested in digital marketing, social media, streaming and entertainment.
Enjoy working with others and are comfortable sharing ideas and asking questions.
Are organized, flexible and attentive to detail.
Feel comfortable learning and adapting in a dynamic environment.

Previous exposure to digital marketing or platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center or Google DV360 can be helpful, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your curiosity, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
