National Geographic Marketing Internship
工作概要:
Job Requirements
Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.
By joining the National Geographic (Nat Geo) brand, you will collaborate with a team of marketing professionals focusing on the TV brand across our UK and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and African) markets. You will help the team to enhance awareness, affinity and viewership for our linear TV channels. During the 12-month placement, you will actively contribute to discussions on marketing strategy and campaign planning, whilst building the foundations of a successful marketing career.
You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values; acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
There are two internships on offer within this remit. By applying for this internship, you will be considered for both opportunities. If you have a preference, please state this in your cover letter.
Marketing Intern
You’ll collaborate with teams across research, programming, creative, production, social, and communications to bring Nat Geo’s TV campaigns to life in the UK and across EMEA markets. From campaign strategy decks and creative briefs to CRM comms to engage our key partners Virgin Media and Sky, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping how audiences discover and experience our content. You’ll get to know the whole marketing mix, learn about the nuances of marketing within in the TV & Entertainment industry, and connect with colleagues and clients in the field. The role grows with you, so if you prove yourself, there are many opportunities for growth and responsibility.
Social Media Internship
You’ll be an integral part of the team, getting hands-on experience across the full breadth of social. You’ll play a key role in planning and scheduling content, supporting quarterly performance reporting, and contributing to social listening and research projects. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in influencer content, newsletters and market updates across EMEA, developing both your creative and analytical skills as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team. A key part of your role will be taking ownership of our relationships with the National Geographic Society and its Explorers. You’ll work closely with them to uncover new opportunities, coordinate content and bring their incredible stories and expertise to life across our channels.
