Job Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support day-to-day e-commerce marketing execution, marketplace product operations, and administrative coordination. The role works across TDS (The Disney Store) and marketplace businesses, with hands-on exposure to online merchandising, product content, sample management, influencer content review, new product setup, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Marketing and Content Support

· Support product selection and merchandising updates for the homepages of Tmall, JD, and other e-commerce stores.

· Search for and organize approved product images and lifestyle assets through Adobe.

· Assist with product sample photography, documentation, storage, shipment, and return.

· Coordinate sample applications and shipments for product photography and KOC collaborations.

· Review KOL and KOC product-seeding content to ensure product information and presentation are accurate.

· Collect and share competitor key visuals, store-page designs, and marketing creative references.

· Review product detail page copy and visual design for TDS products and marketplace licensee products.

Marketplace Product Operations

· Support new product setup and listing preparation, including MDS documentation, FSR communication, IFS requirements, and SKU application forms.

· Assist with PRR submissions, monitor application progress, and communicate feedback to relevant licensees.

· Update and distribute daily marketplace sales data.

· Prepare weekly marketplace sales updates and year-on-year performance comparisons.

· Maintain complete and accurate product setup and operational records.

Marketplace Administrative Support

· Register and verify marketplace invoices and maintain the invoice summary tracker.

· Scan, organize, and follow up on marketplace-related emails.

· Assist with contract drafting, documentation, company-chop coordination, and follow-up communication.

· Support other administrative tasks related to marketplace operations as assigned.
