How will you contribute to our magical experience?

The Facilities Manager serves as the operational and financial lead for the Facilities function, overseeing contract management, procurement activities, budgeting, and financial controls. This role ensures Facilities services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company policies while supporting business operations and workplace objectives.
 

The Manager, Facilities - Operations & Business Management will be responsible for:

  • Lead the administration and governance of all Facilities contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service level expectations.
  • Oversee the Facilities budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, financial reporting, financial controls, and budget planning activities.
  • Manage the Facilities purchase order (PO) process, ensuring timely creation, approval, reconciliation, and payment coordination while maintaining appropriate financial controls.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Sourcing, Legal, and business stakeholders on contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, purchasing activities, and budget management.
  • Support Real Estate activities, including lease administration, property management relationships and warehouse administration.
  • Serve as the primary Facilities lead for procurement-related activities, ensuring alignment with company purchasing policies, governance requirements, and approval processes.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and process improvements while maintaining service quality and business continuity.
  • Develop and monitor metrics, reports, and dashboards to measure spending trends, budget utilization, contract compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support Facilities leadership with strategic planning, financial analysis, vendor evaluations, business case development, and decision-making related to Facilities operations and investments.
  • Strong general Facilities Management expertise with the ability to provide cross-site support and temporary leadership coverage when required, ensuring continuity of operations and alignment with Facilities standards across multiple locations.
     

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities operations, procurement, vendor management, finance, contract management, or a related function.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Experience managing purchase orders, procurement processes, and purchasing systems.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business teams.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Services, or Corporate Operations environments.
  • Experience working with procurement, financial, or ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing multi-country vendor portfolios and regional service agreements.
  • Professional certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Contract Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, or Finance.
