Job Summary:

在餐飲部工作的演藝人員為整個度假區的餐廳及戶外小食亭提供優質服務，以及為賓客創造難忘的回憶。

Responsibilities:

  • 操作收銀系統，準確處理現金及電子付款交易。
  • 遵守正確的食物處理和衛生規範，確保食品安全並維持品質。
  • 保持工作區域清潔、整齊和有序。
  • 管理排隊區域，確保賓客秩序流暢。
  • 專業且友善地處理賓客查詢。
  • 協助經理完成日常營運工作。

餐飲侍應涵蓋多個領域，除上述職責，申請人將根據營運需求被分配到下列具體職位並負責：

快餐店:
  • 向賓客介紹菜單選項，並有效地接單及完成訂單。
  • 執行餐廳助理工作，包括清理及重新擺設餐桌，以及將餐具送回廚房。
  • 按需求進行庫存補充。

戶外小食亭:
  • 向賓客介紹菜單選項，並有效地接單及完成訂單。
  • 製作簡單的小食並進行適當的裝飾。
  • 管理庫存補充，包括手動運送庫存。
  • 與辦公室團隊溝通以補充收銀所需資源。

餐桌服務式餐廳:
  • 擺設餐桌並協助桌面安排。
  • 擔任接待員職責，包括迎接賓客並引領至指定餐桌。
  • 介紹菜單並提供詳細的菜品資訊。
  • 理解賓客需求及用餐喜好，並提供推薦意見。
  • 提供點餐及餐飲服務，並處理膳食要求。
  • 根據營運需要，於度假區內不同餐飲地點工作。

Basic Qualifications:

  • 兼職職位會按公司營運需求輪班工作，並根據兼職種類：
    • 平日兼職: 需於星期一至五可被排班
    • 週末兼職: 需於星期六、日及公眾假期可被排班
  • 申請者需已年滿18歲。
  • 具備英語、粵語或普通話的溝通能力。
  • 願意在度假區內不同地點工作，包括戶外工作。
  • 能夠接受長時間站立及搬運重物的工作需求。
  • 擁有良好的賓客服務意識，能獨立工作並具有團隊合作精神及 良好的溝通技巧。
  • 能適應快速節奏的工作環境並同時處理多項工作。

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 持有中五或以上學歷，或酒店及旅遊管理文憑者。
  • 具有酒店或相關職位的工作經驗者。
  • 具備收銀經驗者。
  • 具備英語、粵語及普通話讀寫能力。能使用其它語言可獲優先考慮。
