About the Role & Team

Help bring Disney’s theatrical releases to audiences across Belgium and Luxembourg as a Sales Supervisor in our Studio Distribution team. Based in Antwerp, you will be a trusted partner to French-speaking cinema exhibitors, combining commercial awareness with hands-on operational expertise. From managing programming activity and monitoring post-release box office performance to resolving data and billing queries, you will take ownership of the details that keep each release moving successfully.

Working closely with exhibitors, internal teams and external partners, you will build strong relationships, balance customer needs with Disney’s commercial objectives and deliver practical solutions in a fast-moving environment.

Fluency in French and English are required. Knowledge of Dutch would be beneficial but is not essential. The screening call with the Talent Partner will be done in English.

This role is based in our Belgium, Antwerp office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values, acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of independent French-speaking cinema exhibitors, building trusted relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Manage programming activities, including release proposals, programming agreements, bookings and prolongations for French-speaking independent exhibitors, while supporting larger accounts.
  • Monitor post-release box office performance and ticket sales data, ensuring figures in Ensemble are accurate and ready for operational reporting and invoicing.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in box office, booking and billing information, coordinating follow-up with exhibitors, internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate theatrical operations, including KDM requests and renewals, distribution processes, and operational support for exhibitors and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for the billing team, supporting the timely release of invoicing reports and processing supplier invoices in Coupa/SAP.
  • Follow up on B2B screenings, school screenings and cultural centre bookings.
  • Balance exhibitor needs with Disney’s commercial objectives, using sound judgement to reach practical solutions and support compliance and contractual follow-up.
  • Take ownership of operational issues through to resolution, managing competing priorities, escalating appropriately and keeping relevant stakeholders informed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the fundamentals of sales and customer relationship management; experience in cinema exhibition, studio distribution or the wider entertainment industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Fluency in French and good working proficiency in English are required. Knowledge of Dutch would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to structure work, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Numerical confidence and solid Excel skills, with the ability to analyse ticket sales, operational and financial information accurately.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in reports, bookings and billing information.
  • Clear and confident customer and stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain commercial considerations, ask effective questions and build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the learning agility and sound judgement to anticipate issues, coordinate an effective response and support business continuity.
  • Able to work independently, take accountability for outcomes and understand when alignment or escalation is required.
  • Maturity, resilience and adaptability, with a calm and structured approach when working under pressure or responding to changing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Coupa, billing or invoicing processes would be an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player who can achieve results both independently and in partnership with colleagues and external stakeholders.
