This Thailand-based role is primarily responsible for Integrated Marketing for Disney+ under Disney Entertainment. The main focus is on shaping and executing through-the-line marketing strategies to drive Disney+ brand visibility, subscriber acquisition, content engagement, and overall campaign performance While the core responsibility centers on Disney+ and the DTC business, the role will also support Studio Entertainment theatrical campaigns occasionally, in alignment with the company’s hybrid and flexible release strategy.

The role requires close collaboration with internal teams—including performance marketing, social, customer retention, creative, communications—and external partners to develop cohesive, high-impact campaigns. The candidate will localize global strategies, ensure on-brand execution, and optimize performance for the Thai market.

This role also works closely with other lines of business such as Studios, Franchise, Live Entertainment, and Consumer Products to align synergy and owned media plans with cross-company priorities.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is strategic, creative, organized, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns and delivering ROI-driven results in a fast-paced environment.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Assist in developing the Integrated Marketing strategy with a primary focus on Disney+, covering brand, content, and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
  • Support Studio Entertainment theatrical campaigns as needed from time to time.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elevate integrated marketing tactics for global brand, franchise, and local content titles.
  • Craft, manage, and execute campaigns aligned with the Disney+ content roadmap, ensuring effective updates to stakeholders on upcoming campaigns and performance.
  • Identify and drive cross-channel marketing campaigns that support both Disney+ and Studio priorities.
  • Partner with Global Brand Marketing teams to localize global assets, toolkits, and strategies for the Thai market.
  • Develop and maintain a local synergy and owned media plan to maximize company-wide channel opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive marketing campaign calendar.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to build a continuous creative testing and optimization pipeline.
  • Lead or participate in discussions with Global Brand Marketing on behalf of Thailand/SEA to secure alignment and asset support.
  • Serve as a brand custodian, overseeing global brand approvals across internal and external partners.

Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Postgraduate degree with a specialization in Marketing.
  • 5–8 years of proven, comprehensive marketing experience—ideally in direct-to-consumer brands, consumer technology, leading consumer brands, or multinational companies.
  • Experience working in the global entertainment industry (streaming, film, TV, music, pop culture brands) strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience in brand marketing and campaign execution across the full marketing mix.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and campaign financial planning, including working with annual budgets, forecasting, tracking campaign spends, and optimizing for ROI.
  • Media planning expertise or hands-on experience working closely with media agencies is a significant advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Thailand’s media landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Experience translating research insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated success in pitching, negotiating, and managing brand marketing partnerships.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong communicator with a positive attitude and a drive to deliver results.
  • Passion for entertainment and digital media.
