Votre environnement :
Rattachée à la division RH, l’équipe HRIS est en charge de gérer les systèmes RH de gestion administrative et paie : support, évolutions, maintenance, implémentation de nouveaux systèmes, reporting.
Elle assure aussi l’alignement de toutes les données, personnelles et contractuelles, dans les différents systèmes afin de garantir une donnée fiable aux clients internes (notamment GHRO, Paie) et travaille sur l’optimisation des process et outils.
C’est au sein de cette équipe que nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet SIRH Paie pour une mission temporaire jusqu’au 31/03/2027.
Vos missions :
1. Pilotage stratégique et responsabilité des projets HRIS
- Porter la responsabilité globale des projets HRIS, depuis la définition du besoin jusqu’à la mise en production et la stabilisation
- Définir le cadrage stratégique de projets complexes et transverses : objectifs, périmètre, planning, risques, indicateurs de succès
- Arbitrer les priorités projets en lien avec la stratégie SIRH, et les contraintes organisationnelles
- Être garant du respect des engagements (délais, qualité, ressources, livrables)
- Anticiper et piloter les risques projets, proposer et décider des plans d’actions adaptés
- Challenger les besoins métiers et à adopter une posture de partenaire conseil
2. Conception fonctionnelle
- Challenger et formaliser les besoins métiers en collaboration avec les équipes RH (GHRO, Paie, Talent…)
- Définir les jalons projet en cohérence avec la roadmap HRIS
- Centraliser les choix fonctionnels et techniques proposés par les équipes projet ou les prestataires et faire des recommandations adaptées
- Veiller à la cohérence transverse des solutions HRIS (intégrations, données, sécurité, expérience utilisateur)
- Être référent fonctionnel sur son périmètre projets
3. Gouvernance, animation et leadership projet
- Définir et mettre en place la gouvernance projet (comités de pilotage, comités métier, instances de décision)
- Préparer, animer et piloter les comités stratégiques et opérationnels
- Fédérer les parties prenantes autour des objectifs projets et accompagner la conduite du changement
- Assurer une communication claire, structurée et régulière auprès des sponsors et des équipes
- Encadrer fonctionnellement les coordinateurs de projet et contributeurs projet
- Sécuriser la fin de projet (formations, documentation…) et assurer le handover avec l’équipe support
4. Pilotage de la performance et amélioration continue
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance projet (avancement, qualité, satisfaction)
- Capitaliser sur les retours d’expérience projets pour améliorer les méthodes et pratiques
- Contribuer à l’évolution des standards de gestion de projet HRIS (méthodologie, outils, templates)
- Identifier les opportunités d’optimisation des processus RH et des outils existants
- Participer activement à la construction et à la mise à jour de la roadmap HRIS

Vos atouts pour réussir :
- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation Bac+ 2 RH/paie, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans le domaine de la paie vous ayant conduit à travailler sur la règlementation (connaissance des règles de paie, des principes de cotisation, participation à des projets SIRH, testing) et à réaliser la mise en place des évolutions ou la maintenance des paramétrages existants (accords temps de travail, heures supplémentaires, forfait des cadres autonomes)
- Vous avez également une expérience d’1 an minimum en pilotage/gestion de projets
- Vous comprenez une cartographie applicative et des flux d’intégration
- Vous maîtrisez les méthodologies de gestion de projet
- Vous maîtrisez l’outil informatique ainsi que le Pack Office (excel niveau avancé)
- Vous parlez le français couramment (niveau C1) et disposez d’un anglais débutant-avancé (A2)
- Vous savez gérer les priorités et avez une forte capacité de prise de hauteur et de vision transverse, vous faites preuve d’une autonomie élevée et du sens des responsabilités
- Vous avez un leadership naturel et une capacité d’influence sans lien hiérarchique
- Vous avez une communication claire, structurée et adaptée à des publics variés (RH, IT, Direction, prestataires)
- Vous avec des connaissances sur les outils Dtime (INFOR) et HR Access
