Rattaché(e) à la Direction des hôtels Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel et Disney Newport Bay Club (Pôle Loisirs et Business), vous participerez à des projets et activités liés au fonctionnement de ces deux établissements quatre étoiles emblématiques de la zone hôtelière de Disneyland Paris.

Le Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel offre une expérience contemporaine et immersive, inspirée de l’univers artistique des Super‑Héros Marvel, tandis que le Disney Newport Bay Club plonge ses visiteurs dans l’élégance et l’atmosphère nautique des stations balnéaires de la Nouvelle‑Angleterre.

Vos missions : 🥽

Au sein de la Direction du pôle Loisirs et Business vous accompagnerez les équipes dans le suivi et le pilotage des activités opérationnelles et projets en cours. À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Participer à l’élaboration, au pilotage et au suivi de projets, notamment en lien avec l’expérience client, au sein des deux hôtels.
  • Création de supports et d'outils pour la Direction afin d’optimiser certaines tâches
  • Assurer un support à la gestion des agendas et à l’organisation des réunions
  • Participation à l’élaboration d’évènements internes à destination des employé(e)s
  • Participer à la rédaction des comptes rendus de réunions et au suivi des actions associées
  • Contribuer à la coordination et à la centralisation des informations entre les équipes supports et opérationnelles

Ces missions sont évolutives en fonction du développement de vos compétences tout au long de votre alternance.

Profil / Compétences   💼

  • Formation en alternance : vous préparez un Master avec une spécialité en gestion de projet, hôtellerie ou tourisme à la prochaine rentrée et vous avez idéalement une première expérience en gestion de projet et/ou en hôtellerie.
  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais intermédiaire (B2).
  • Outils : Maîtrise du pack Office.
  • Capacité de collaboration : esprit d’équipe et facilité à travailler en interaction avec les équipes supports et opérationnelles
  • Sens de la confidentialité : respect strict de la discrétion et des informations sensibles, fiabilité et professionnalisme
