Job Summary:

Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer à Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Au sein du département Merchandise Développement Produit, et plus spécifiquement du pôle Softline (textile adulte, enfant, accessoires, bijoux, costume) qui compte 17 personnes, vous assurerez le métier d'assistant(e) chef(fe) de produit sous la responsabilité du/de la chef(fe)de produit de la catégorie Accessoires.                                                                                                                                

Vos missions :  🥽

  • Contribuer, avec le/la Chef(fe) de Produit, à la veille du marché (recherches Internet, relevés de prix, visites régulières des boutiques du parc, etc.) et à l’analyse de la concurrence

  • Assister aux briefs des chefs de produit, proposez des visuels et procédez aux corrections si nécessaire

  • Récupérer l’ensemble des éléments auprès des différents départements (Art, Qualité, Planning) dans le cadre de la constitution du cahier des charges

  • Aider à la conception de la fiche technique reprenant les caractéristiques produit : forme, matières, correspondances de coloris, techniques d’impression, fils de finition, détails, accessoires (sequins, strass, zip)

  • Coordonner les commentaires produit avec les fournisseurs, jusqu’à la validation finale du prototype par le/la Chef(fe) de produit (commentaires lap dips, strike offs, échantillons de préproductions et production) en vous appuyant sur l'outil rétroplanning

  • Assurer la mise au point et correction du packaging des produits sous la délégation du/de la Chef(fe) de Produit

  • Transmettre les commentaires aux fournisseurs en tenant compte des dates et des plannings de livraisons

  • Renseigner et assurer le suivi des informations liées au produit dans les systèmes et dans le plan d’assortiment, dans le respect des rétroplannings    

           

Ce que nous recherchons 💼 

  • Vous préparerez un diplôme de niveau Bac+4/5 en école de Commerce ou école Marketing spécialisé dans la mode

  • Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance d’une durée de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine

  • Vous avez un niveau de français C1/C2 et un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire avancé (B2 minimum)

  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, vous avez une appétence pour des logiciels type CANVA et pour l’IA de manière générale

  • Vous faites preuve de rigueur, de dynamisme et de proactivité.

  • Vous avez une capacité à collaborer avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs dans un environnement multiculturel. Agile et organisé(e), vous savez gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les délais. Vous disposez d’un solide esprit d’équipe.
