Alternance – Assistant(e) de Costuming Sourcing Textile- F/H/NB
Job Summary:
Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?
Disneyland Paris est la destination où la magie prend vie avec ses deux parcs à thèmes – le Parc Disneyland et le Parc Disney Adventure World – mais aussi sept Hôtels Disney, deux centres de congrès et le centre de divertissements Disney Village®.
Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de la direction du Costuming, vous réalisez et coordonnez le sourcing et le développement des matières et fournitures des produits textiles en privilégiant les critères de qualité, de fonctionnalité, de coût et de délai afin de satisfaire le client, et ce en respectant les Cinqs Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Ce que vous ferez 🌟
- Organisez et mettez à jour la gestion de la tissuthèque en assurant le développement d’un fichier de suivi du panel de nos fournisseurs
- Assurer la traçabilité des textiles en lien avec les réglementations et les objectifs environnementaux
- Participer aux tests nettoyages des prototypes costumes et matières premières (analyse confort, durabilité, entretien) en synergie avec le service Qualité
- Rédiger des fiches techniques et documenter les performances des textiles utilisés
- Contribuer à la construction d’une offre matières adaptées aux demandes artistiques et aux contraintes liées à nos productions en ciblant un « panel de basique » compétitif
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour identifier des matières innovantes, durables et éco -responsables
- Soutenir les costumiers dans la résolution de problématiques textiles (anomalies, qualité)
- Contribuer à la recherche sur la recyclabilité textile de nos produits en partenariat avec les équipes sourcing, qualité, environnement
Ce que nous recherchons 💼
- Vous préparez un Master en Ingénierie Textile ou Mastère Spécialisé Management de l’innovation et du développement de produits dans la mode et recherchez une alternance de 12 mois à partir de septembre 2026
- Vous avez une première expérience dans le domaine du textile et/ou du costume
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office
- Vous maîtrisez la langue française (courant C1) et vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (intermédiaire B1)
- Vous êtes idéalement détenteur du Permis B de plus de 2 ans
- Vous avez une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement (communication pro-active, esprit de synthèse, écoute active)
- Vous êtes rigoureux, curieux et avez bonne capacité d’analyse
- Vous êtes autonome et vous prenez des initiatives
