Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ?

Le département « Marketing BtoB » est en charge des actions marketing et communication vers la cible Meeting Incentive Convention and Exhibition (MICE) et Solutions de Motivation (BtoBtoC).

Le département fait partie de la division « Sales and Distribution » et a pour objectifs : assurer la visibilité et la notoriété des activités MICE (Marque Business Solutions), soutenir les équipes Business Development et Ventes MICE et Solutions de Motivation.

Vos missions 🎯

Pendant votre alternance, vous participerez aux missions suivantes :

- Gestion des outils de Vente

  • Mise à jour et suivi des outils de ventes à disposition des équipes commerciales (ex. proposition commerciale BtoB et Solutions de Motivation),

  • Création de nouvelles fiches commerciales ou nouveaux documents d’aide et de support à la Vente (selon les besoins commerciaux, les nouveaux produits Disneyland Paris, les nouveaux produits et service MICE).

- Création de contenus images (vidéos, photos & ITW)

  • Organisation des reportages vidéo/photo lors des événements présélectionnés en amont,

  • Réalisation de la sélection photo,

  • Coordination du montage vidéo et/ou ITW (rédiger un brief, coordonner la production du livrable avec le prestataire).

- Coordination du site web Business Solutions

- Contribution à la phase d'évolution et d'amélioration du site :

  • Mise à jour des contenus textes et visuels/vidéos,

  • Amélioration continue du SEO,

  • Analyse (Adobe analytics).

- Suivi et maintien de l’outil MICE Maker (Zelit)

  • Mise à jour de l'outil en continu (documents, visuels, vidéos...),

  • Information auprès des équipes utilisatrices,

  • Mesure et ajustement des supports disponibles.

- Gestion du compte Linkedin Business Solutions

  • Rédaction de la ligne édito et préparation des contenus,

  • Community Management,

  • Analyse (stats et rapport).

Votre profil 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2 en Communication ou Marketing,

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C1) avec un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire minimum (B2),

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack office et vous avez une bonne maîtrise de PowerPoint.
