Your environment: The Disneyland Paris Customer Relations Center (CRC) has over 450 employees dedicated to Sales and Customer Relations. Our team communicates in 7 different languages (French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese) via phone, email, and social networks. We are currently looking for talent speaking Italian.
Your Contribution: As a Booking Advisor, you will embody Disney magic through various communication channels to support and enhance the experience of Disneyland Paris visitors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying the needs of visitors and travel agents.
- Advising and informing them in Italian, French and/or English.
- Provide personalized sales solutions.
- You are interested in Customer Relations across different media (phone, email, social networks).
- You are a good listener and able to provide friendly solutions.
- You are motivated by sales goals.
- You are comfortable using multiple software programs and business tools simultaneously.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, whether in a call center, travel agency, or hotel reception.
- Italian: C1/C2 Mandatory
- French: C1/C2 Mandatory
- English: C1/C2 Mandatory
- Telecommuting: Possible from Metropolitan France, up to a maximum of 10 days per month.
- Comprehensive training: An 11 to 13-week training course combining theory and practice is held in Val d'Europe prior to the start of the position.Full availability is required during the training period.
- Available positions: Fixed-term contract (from September 2026 to end of March 2027)
- Next integration dates: September 1st 2026
- Work schedule:
- Alternating between 31-hour weeks (3 days off) and 39-hour weeks (2 days off).
- Working hours: 9am to 7:45pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:00pm on Saturday. No work on Sunday.
- Compensation: Fixed + variable remuneration.

Additional Information:
Interviews will take place remotely, by videoconference, for positions located partly face-to-face, in Marne la Vallée, and / or remotely, according to the teleworking agreement currently in force in the company.
