Manager Construction F/H/NB – CDD 18 mois
Job Summary:
Disneyland® Paris est bien plus que la première destination touristique en Europe, c’est également une entreprise en constante évolution et en pleine expansion. A cette fin, le Département Design&Delivery recherche un(e) Manager Construction qui aura notamment pour but de coordonner les projets liés à la Transformation du Disney Village.
Sa transformation, annoncée en Mars 2022, vise à moderniser et revitaliser cet espace situé à l'entrée des parcs à thème. Ce projet ambitieux se structure autour de réhabilitions majeures avec, une architecture moderne et innovante et des styles diversifiés.
Ce magnifique projet s'inscrit dans la stratégie globale de Disneyland Paris visant à améliorer continuellement l'expérience des visiteurs avec une offre diversifiée et ce, en respectant nos Cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
Vos Missions ?
Vous reportez directement au Senior Manager et aurez la responsabilité d’une équipe constituée de chefs de groupe, chefs de projet, experts techniques et coordinateurs de travaux. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des équipes au sein de notre direction et aussi des équipes, travaux et opérationnelles, impliquées sur le Disney Village.
Piloter les études, des appels d’offres et des multiples travaux de construction visant à participer à la transformation de nos assets, à réhabiliter nos espaces commerciaux suivant la vision et la stratégie de notre Direction Générale.
Pour cela, vous utiliserez vos compétences en leadership pour manager l’équipe collaborant avec nos partenaires aussi bien internes qu’externes.
Piloter activement la définition et la conception des projets avec nos différents partenaires internes et externes ainsi que la contractualisation avec les tiers ;
Déterminer la structure organisationnelle du projet et de l’équipe projet en sélectionnant les bons acteurs internes et externes ;
Définir les objectifs, le cahier des charges des projets et les actions à mener : définition des phasages, pilotage des différents prestataires, pilotage de la production PRO (études du projet) /DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises), appel d'offres, négociation, direction de chantier, réception grâce au management d’une équipe dédiée ;
Assurer le pilotage de la planification, du phasage et du budget en affectant les ressources nécessaires (humaines, logistiques et financières) ;
Piloter le suivi des acteurs en charge de la réalisation des travaux et notamment assurer la maîtrise des coûts de construction, le contrôle technique, le respect des plannings, des enjeux qualitatifs et sécuritaires en manageant une équipe dédiée ;
Mesurer l'avancement du projet, l'engagement des coûts et mettre en place un reporting adapté
Identifier et prévenir les écarts afin de définir les actions correctives
Etre moteur dans la communication des projets auprès de nos clients et de toutes instances.
Votre Profil ?
Idéalement, BAC+5 (ingénieur ou architecte) avec à minima 10 années d'expérience en construction et en gestion de projets.
Compétence managériale, pilotage et animation d’une équipe projet avec une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans des projets d’envergure.
Connaissance des méthodes de construction, des processus de gestion de projet, de la gestion des achats et des contrats, du financement de la construction et des pratiques commerciales.
Bonnes capacités de travail collaboratif avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.
Une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement de The Walt Disney Company et/ou de Disneyland Paris serait un plus.
Bon esprit d’équipe, curieux(se), bonnes capacités d’analyse, de résolutions de problèmes et d’anticipation.
Langues (Lu/Ecrit/Parlé) : Français niveau avancé (C1) / Anglais niveau intermédiaire-avancé (B2) avec des compétences de communication efficaces tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD de 18 mois et est au statut Cadre.
