Job Summary:

Au sein de la Division Sureté Prévention Secours et Santé (SP2S), le Pôle Sûreté est composé d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire de près de 250 personnes.

La sécurité est pour nous une priorité. Jour et nuit, les collaborateurs de notre Division Sécurité-Prévention-Secours mettent tout en œuvre pour assurer la sécurité des biens et des personnes et permettent ainsi à chacun de profiter en toute tranquillité de son séjour en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité. 

Au sein de la division SP2S, sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement des Opérations de Sécurité, vous assurez l’accueil et le renseignement, la fabrication des clés minute, la vérification des trousseaux via le logiciel adapté, le marquage des clés conformément aux procédures, ainsi que la sécurisation et l’identification par la mise en place de scellés et plaquettes nominatives. Vous avez une vision sureté dans toutes vos pratiques. 

Le service est opérationnel 7 jours sur 7, avec une équipe composée de 6 techniciens, 1 assistant(e) de projet, 1 agent(e) administratif, 1 team leader et 1 team leader expérimenté. Une permanence est également assurée chaque week-end. 

Activités principales : 

Accueillir, orienter, conseiller 

Réaliser des clés (copie ou clef cassée) 

Effectuer le marquage des clés conformément aux procédures

Identifier les trousseaux 

Auditer les différents trousseaux en circulation 

Procéder à la mise en place de scellés 

Goupiller les cylindres conformément à un organigramme de serrurerie existant 

Réaliser les inventaires  Rendre compte à sa hiérarchie de l’avancée de son travail 

Respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité

Principales compétences : 

Assurer l’accueil et l’orientation du public, en identifiant rapidement la demande afin d’apporter une solution et de fournir des informations claires et adaptées à leurs besoins 

Maîtriser les outils bureautiques et du pack office  

Assurer la reproduction de clés minute en maîtrisant les différents types de clés adaptés 

Identifier les références d’ébauches 

Reconnaître les différents cylindres

Maîtriser le fonctionnement d’une machine à tailler les clés, tout en respectant strictement les règles de sécurité et le port des EPI 

Connaître la composition d’un cylindre et maîtriser les techniques de goupillage afin d’assurer le montage et garantir le fonctionnement optimal des systèmes de verrouillage 

Entretenir les machines dédiées 

Votre Profil :

  • Vous possédez une carte professionnelle en cours de validité (Agent(e) de gardiennage ou de surveillance humaine pouvant inclure l’utilisation de moyens électroniques) 
  • Vous justifiez d’une première expérience en serrurerie d’an minimum ;
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B (manuel) depuis 2 ans ;
  • Vous communiquez efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et votre encadrement afin d’assurer un service de qualité et de bon suivi ;
  • Vous avez la capacité de travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack office et les outils numériques ;
  • Vous êtes flexible sur vos jours et horaires de travail
