Become a Ticketing Host/Hostess in the Parks on a full-time fixed-term contract.
Your responsibilities:
Welcome, inform, and advise Guests by offering the tickets, services, and options best suited to their needs.
Deliver a high-quality Guest experience by identifying Guest expectations and providing personalized solutions.
Promote additional products and services to enhance our Guests’ experience.
Contribute to the smooth flow of Guest journeys by efficiently managing traffic before entering Disney Parks and upon exit.
Work in varied environments, both indoors and outdoors, while ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Welcome and care for animals throughout their stay at the kennel.
Your strengths:
You have an excellent sense of service and communication, know how to anticipate Guests’ needs, advise them effectively, and offer tailored solutions while following procedures and safety standards.
Fluency in French (B2 level), English (B1 level), and a third European language at A2 level is required.
Energy, curiosity, creativity, and ease in a multicultural environment.
Ability to handle requests and complaints with calm, positivity, and a strong service mindset.
Schedule flexibility is essential: weekdays, weekends, holidays, vacation periods, and shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m.
A valid driver’s license held for more than 2 years is a plus.
Fixed-term (35-hour/week) positions available. Candidates interested in working during the Christmas holiday period must be available from December 12 through January 2, inclusive.
