本ポジションは、ピープル＆カルチャー（P&C）チームの一員として、総務、採用サポート、社内コミュニケーションを中心に、従業員体験を支える幅広い業務を担当します。社内イベント、研修、説明会、来客対応等の円滑な運営を支援するとともに、各種アナウンスメントや資料作成、採用関連の調整業務を通じて、P&C チームの業務品質と対応スピードの向上に貢献いただきます。機密性の高い情報を扱うため、正確性、守秘義務への高い意識、関係者との丁寧かつ円滑なコミュニケーションが求められます。


主な職務内容

社内イベント、研修、説明会、ビジター対応等のオンサイトサポート

  • 社内イベント、研修、説明会、来客対応等における会議室設営、備品準備、受付、当日の運営サポート
  • 参加者リスト、案内文、進行表、配布資料等の作成・更新・関係者への共有
  • 外部ゲスト、候補者、ビジター来訪時の入館手続き、案内、関係部署との連携
  • イベント終了後のアンケート回収、簡易集計、振り返り資料の作成補助
  • その他、必要に応じた各種オンサイトサポート

社内コミュニケーションサポート

  • 全社向けのお知らせ、P&C 関連アナウンスメント、リマインダー等のドラフト作成 および 配信準備
  • 社内ポータル、メール、Teams 等を活用した情報発信・周知活動のサポート

採用関連サポート

  • 採用面接の日程調整、会議招集、候補者および面接官への案内送付
  • 採用プロセスの進捗管理、面接フィードバックの回収、採用チームとの情報連携
  • 障害者雇用関連の報告書作成、届出、関連データの取りまとめ
  • ストア採用に関する応募者対応、面接設定、資料準備、関係者との調整
  • 採用関連データや書類の正確な更新・保管、個人情報の適切な管理

P&C オペレーション・データ管理サポート

  • 人事データの作成および組織図の管理
  • 請求書処理、購買申請、ベンダー対応等に関する事務サポート
  • 業務プロセスの標準化、手順書の作成、改善アイデアの提案

応募資格

  • 人事、総務、採用アシスタント、営業事務、秘書、または類似する管理部門での実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方。
  • 機密情報および個人情報を適切に取り扱うための高い倫理観、守秘義務意識、コンプライアン
  • ス意識をお持ちの方。
  • 複数の関係者と円滑に連携し、優先順位を判断しながら業務を進められるコミュニケーション力および調整力をお持ちの方。
  • データや資料を正確に整理・管理できる事務処理能力、注意力、期限管理能力をお持ちの方。
  • 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語での読み書きおよび基本的なコミュニケーションに抵抗がな
  • い方。
  • Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook、Teams）を使用した資料作成、データ管理、スケジュール調整の実務経験をお持ちの方。

歓迎要件

  • グローバル企業、外資系企業、またはマトリックス組織における人事・総務業務の経験。
  • Workday 等のHRIS、ATS、または社内申請システムの利用経験。
  • 人事データ分析、レポーティング、プロセス改善、HR プロジェクトサポートの経験。
  • 社内イベント、研修、説明会等の企画・運営サポート経験。
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力、または英語での社内調整・文書作成の経験。
