La mission de l’équipe "Franchise Management & Integrated Planning" est de piloter l’intégration et la représentation de nos franchises (Disney, Pixar, MARVEL, Star Wars et National Geographic) au sein de la destination, en garantissant cohérence, pertinence et création de valeur pour nos Guests (visiteurs) et nos Cast Members (collaborateurs).

Franchise management : Gestion de la bonne intégration des Franchises de The Walt Disney Company à Disneyland Paris. Relais d'information entre les partenaires Studios et Franchise US/EMEA et les équipes de Disneyland Paris. Mission : partager et faire respecter les guidelines, s'assurer des validations et du développement stratégique pour chaque franchise.

Planning Intégré : Vision d'ensemble des activations de toutes les entités de The Walt Disney Company : Studios (les contenus : films, séries...), Disney Consumer Product (jouets, produit licensing, etc.), Disney+ et les autres parcs Disney dans le monde. S'assurer de la cohérence entre le contenu franchise des Studios et son intégration au sein du parc.

Vos missions 🎯

Au sein de l’équipe "Franchise Management & Planning Intégré", vous serez notamment amené à effectuer les missions suivantes :

  • Recherche d’assets créatifs et d'éléments visuels (images, vidéos, musiques) en réponse aux demandes des différentes équipes partenaires de Disneyland Paris : Marketing,Advertising, Service créatif, Communication, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Imagineering, Entertainment, Event et Produit Hotels...,

  • Relecture de textes marketing et communication, notamment pour la correction des nomenclatures,

  • Gestion des différentes étapes de validation des projets de Disneyland Paris auprès de nos contacts internationaux Studios film et Corporate Brand Management (EMEA et US),

  • Développement et adaptation des présentations stratégiques internes et externes et mise à jour régulière des documents stratégiques de l'équipe comme par exemple le calendrier des sorties de contenus,

  • Appui dans la mise en place d'événements spéciaux en lien avec les franchises à Disneyland Paris (World Princess Week, Journée Star Wars May the 4th, Stitch Day...) et d'activations de synergie avec la sortie des films (Sneak Peek, Meet & Greet exclusifs, Magic shots...),

  • Snapshot Franchise : participation à la création, l'animation et la présentation orale des sessions d'information de 30 minutes à destination des partenaires internes,

  • Rangement et organisation de la bibliothèque de contenus de l'équipe,

  • Création de la newsletter interne d'équipe mensuelle,

  • Benchmark et veille concurrentielle à restituer sous forme de présentation à l'équipe

 Votre profil 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master 1 ou un Master 2 en préalable dans le divertissement, les médias ou le tourisme en gestion de projet, marketing ou communication, avec une première expérience dans le domaine,

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C1) avec un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire minimum (B2),

  • Vous avez une connaissance avancée du pack office avec une bonne maîtrise de Powerpoint

  • Un goût pour le graphic design et des notions de la suite Adobe sont un plus
