Le programme Disney Performing Arts offre aux artistes amateurs du monde entier l'occasion unique d'avoir un aperçu du monde du spectacle professionnel, grâce à des expériences immersives, "Only Disney Can Do", telles que des représentations sur scène, des ateliers pédagogiques et bien d'autres encore.

Vos missions ?

En tant que Assistant Coordinator Events au sein de l’équipe Disney Performing Arts vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Accompagner et gérer les demandes des groupes de spectacles amateurs

  • Assister à la centralisation et coordination avec nos partenaires internes pour tous les besoins artistiques, techniques, logistiques et ressources liées aux performance scéniques et ateliers pédagogiques pour chacun des clients et assurer le suivi de son activité dans sa totalité

  • Participer au support administratif des clients externes

  • Assister à l’animation des sessions d'information régulières pour informer les départements opérationnels en internes de la planification des activités

  • Assister à la coordination opérationnelle lors des événements des groupes amateurs, adapter et ajuster les programmes en fonction des contraintes et imprévus.

                                                                       

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

  • Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français à l’oral et à l’écrit (niveau C1 minimum) est indispensable pour ce poste. La connaissance d’autres langues est un plus

  • Vous êtes flexible : les activités de DPA ont lieu toute l'année, y compris les week-ends.

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les tâches administratives et la gestion du Pack Office (word, excel, outlook…)

  • Vous avez une bonne communication et de bonnes capacités d'organisation et d'adaptation

  • Esprit d’équipe, aisance relationnelle et prise d’initiative sont d’autres qualités essentielles pour bien réussir dans ce poste
