Au sein du département Revenue Management & Analytics chez Disneyland Paris, vous rejoignez une équipe pluridisciplinaire en charge d’accompagner la transformation et le pilotage des projets liés au Revenue Management. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Développement, Tests ainsi que les partenaires transverses de l'entreprise. Ensemble, vous contribuez à structurer la gouvernance, fluidifier les échanges et accompagner les équipes dans le cadrage et le suivi des projets stratégiques, toujours orientés vers l’excellence Disney. 

 

 Vos missions :  

 

Gestion de projet:  

  • Préparer et animer les réunions de gestion de projet (avancement, milestones, rétrospectives) 

  • Mettre en place et suivre la gouvernance (ex. : identification et intégration des parties prenantes…),  

  • Identifier et suivre les risques et être capable de proposer des alternatives potentielles. 

  • Gérer les dépendances entre l'équipe et les autres équipes/services partagés. 

 

Planification :  

  • Initier la feuille de route de l’équipe Revenue Management et en piloter le suivi. 

  • Suivre les étapes clés du déploiement, des livraisons et des tests. 

  • Créer et mettre à jour un outil de planification (Smartsheet). 

  • Gérer la cohérence des tâches de l’équipe dans l’outil Jira. 

  • Anticiper les risques de planning, préparer un plan de mitigation et alerter si nécessaire. 

  • Préparer l’équipe pour la prochaine planification PI, en veillant à la mobilisation des ressources et à la priorisation des sujets stratégiques. 

 

Communication : 

  • Garantir le reporting  (statut, progression, risques) auprès de toutes les parties du projet pour les mises à jour transverses.  

  • Rédiger avec soin les comptes rendus des principales réunions de gestion de projet.  

  • Participer aux instances de coordination du projet. 

  • Animer les « cérémonies » inhérentes au projet (quotidiennes, planification de sprint, démo, rétrospective) 

  • Faciliter les échanges entre les équipes Produit, Développement et Tests. 

 

Votre profil :  

  • Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+5 en école de Commerce et/ou avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet.

  • Vous justifiez d’au moins 5 ans d’expérience en coordination de projets, idéalement dans un environnement international ou transverse. 

  • Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de gestion de projet, la gestion des risques et le suivi de planning, avec une capacité à définir des indicateurs adaptés. 

  • Vous maîtrisez les outils Smartsheet, Jira, Miro ainsi que le pack Microsoft Office. 

  • La maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à un niveau courant (C1) est indispensable pour collaborer avec nos pairs de The Walt Disney Company. 

  • Vos qualités rédactionnelles, analytiques, argumentaires et de définition d’orientations stratégiques ; ainsi que votre capacité à vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes seront de véritables atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.
     

  • Une expérience ou des connaissances en revenue management seraient valorisées.
