Über die Rolle

Diese Position ist Teil unseres Human-Resources-Teams und verantwortet alle Aspekte der Entgeltabrechnung sowie der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung. Zudem umfasst sie die Administration von Pensionsplänen für mehrere Gesellschaften in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4+ Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Verantwortung für die vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung, die Überprüfung und Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung in der Gehaltsbuchhaltung sowie die Koordination zwischen Personalsachbearbeitung, dem EMEA Payroll Hub Team und unserem externen Abrechnungsdienstleister.

  • Entgeltabrechnung: Verantwortung für die vorbereitende Entgeltabrechnung in Abstimmung mit der Personalsachbearbeitung, dem regionalen Payroll Team in London sowie unserem externen Gehaltsdienstleister,

  • Datenänderungen & Aktualisierungen: Termingerechte Übermittlung aller relevanten Änderungen an das EMEA Payroll Hub Team

  • Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung: Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Buchungsjournalen, Rückstellungen, Abstimmungen, gesetzlichen Abschlüssen und Prüfungen (Audits).

  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge: Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Daten für Mitarbeitende und Betriebsrentner, regelmäßige Datenmeldungen an unsere externen Serviceberater oder Versicherungen, Prüfung von Reports sowie Kommunikation mit relevanten Ansprechpartnern.

  • Allgemeine Anfragen: Bearbeitung von Fragen von Mitarbeitenden, ehemaligen Mitarbeitenden und Betriebsrentnern.

  • Gesetzliche Meldungen: Erstellung und fristgerechte Einreichung gesetzlicher Meldungen, einschließlich PSV-Reporting, Abgaben und statistische Berichte.

  • Prüfungen (Audits): Erstellung von Berichten und Datenanalysen zur Unterstützung interner und externer Prüfungen (z. B. Steuer- und Compliance-Prüfungen) sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und termingerechten Bereitstellung aller relevanten Informationen.

  • Ad-hoc-Reports: Erstellung von Berichten nach Bedarf.

Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung oder Buchhaltung bzw. einschlägige Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Gehaltsbuchhaltung in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der deutschen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung sowie Erfahrung in verwandten Themen, insbesondere Lohnsteuerrecht und relevante Buchhaltungskenntnisse nach US-GAAP/HGB

  • Kenntnisse der österreichischen und schweizerischen Lohnabrechnung

  • Selbstständig, präzise, sorgfältig und prozessorientiert

  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit

  • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit SAP und Workday (Reportings, Analysen), sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel

  • Tiefgehendes Wissen zu Steuerrecht, Sozialversicherung, Pensionsplänen, Arbeitsverträgen etc. und deren Auslegung

  • Verantwortungsbewusste und kooperative Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld, u.A. zum Umgang mit Expats

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
