Food & Beverage Cast Member Roles at the Morocco Pavilion at EPCOT
Job Summary:
We are looking for Food & Beverage Cast Members to support the Morocco Pavilion in World Showcase at EPCOT! Candidates must be able to authentically represent Morocco in culture, heritage, traditions, and language.
Beverage CM (T):
Beverage (Bartender) Tipped Cast Members at the Walt Disney World® Resort are responsible for maintaining an extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, specialty and zero-proof cocktails, and specialty themed mixed drinks. As part of our team, you will inform Guests about the beverage menu and assist with orders in a friendly and inviting way, while maintaining a safe and clean work area. Bartenders may be located at a variety of different locations throughout property, including restaurant bars, service bars, lounges, pool bars and banquets.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $8.98 per hour.
Food & Beverage Service CM (T):
Servers at the Walt Disney World® Resort maintain a positive and inviting atmosphere, while ensuring a world-class dining experience at various restaurant locations throughout our Theme Parks and Resorts! This fast-paced, high Guest impact role services multiple styles of dining, from cocktailing, to table service, to signature, and is vital to operating a successful restaurant.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $8.98 per hour.
Quick Service Food & Beverage CM:
Would you like a job where no two days are the same? Where you can move from the kitchen to the dining area, to the cash register, and back again? At Walt Disney World Resort, our part-time Quick Service Cast Members do exactly that. You will play a significant role on a tight-knit team who depend on each other to serve our guests the delicious food they expect from Disney, in an efficient manner that allows them to make the most of their vacation time. Additionally, you get to provide outstanding Guest service, answer guests’ questions, and provide a world-class experience while interacting with guests from around the world! The environment is friendly but fast-paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and keep the front/back of the house up to Disney’s famous cleanliness standards. This role requires high Guest engagement, problem-solving, and critical thinking, all of which are imperative to your success.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Beverage CM (T):
- Greet Guests and use our passion for Disney to connect with them and provide assistance and information
- Uphold location theming by maintaining a role in the show, while providing excellent Guest Service.
- Share knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including beers, wines, liquors and liqueurs, and maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes
- Properly open, pour and handle alcoholic beverages and use appropriate bar tools to perform various drink making techniques including stirring, shaking, mixing, blending and layering
- Record and process Guest orders accurately through a point-of-sale system (POS register), handling cash and other forms of payment
- Set up and break down bars and understand bar sanitation and cleaning guidelines
- Be responsible for following Responsible Vendor Procedures as well as all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards for Food & Beverage Service
- Greet Guests, provide assistance and information, explain restaurant promotions, upsell and record menu orders and input orders into the point-of-sale computer system, while handling cash and other forms of payment
- Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
- Balance serving multiple tables simultaneously throughout a shift, leading our Server stations and resolving Guest situations
- Uphold location theming by maintaining a role in the show, while providing excellent Guest Service and demonstrating general wine and cocktail knowledge
- Demonstrate strong memorization and mathematical skills
- Will work in all types of locations including lounge, club, or pool areas (Cocktail Server roles will be outside)
- Greet and connect with Guests, offer assistance, provide information, and explain location offerings
- Uphold location theming by maintaining a role in the show
- Follow all food safety regulatory requirements
- Capture and input orders into the point-of-sale computer system
- Handle cash and other forms of payment
- Handle all types of food, including common allergens
- Demonstrate general wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge at select locations, and be comfortable serving alcohol
- Provide excellent Guest service
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- MUST be able to demonstrate Cultural Authenticity pertaining to Morocco
- At least 1 or more years of full service experience as a Beverage Server Tipped (Bartender)
- At least 1 or more years of full service experience as Food & Beverage Server
- Cast Members will work with and around all foods and food allergens, including but not limited to beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, egg and dairy products
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Experience managing, prioritizing, and supporting multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Observational skills to identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
- Understand and explain menu offerings to Guest and answer questions about the food products
- Follow all food safety regulatory requirements and company standards
- Partner with team to make adjustments for operational changes
- Passion for connecting with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service
- Operate mobile devices and other computer systems
- Physical role including heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, twisting, standing & walking for extended periods, climbing, and kneeling
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, from high heat areas in the kitchen and outdoors, to cold areas in freezers and coolers
- Cast Members may be required to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual preferred
- Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred
- Part-Time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays
Additional Information:
SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
