Le département « Real Estate Development by EuroDisney », en charge du développement immobilier du territoire de Val d'Europe vise à déployer un urbanisme cohérent et de qualité sur le long terme, à contribuer à l'activité économique, sociale et environnementale du Val d'Europe et à attirer des entreprises nationales et internationales sur le territoire.

L'équipe du « Développement Immobilier » a pour mission de mettre en œuvre ces objectifs ambitieux par le développement d'opérations immobilières (logements, bureaux, hôtels, résidences, etc.) réalisées par le biais de tiers promoteurs et/ou investisseurs dans le respect d'une cohérence globale urbaine et économique.

Vos missions 🎯

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, vous accompagnerez le chef de projets dans ses missions transversales à différents stades d'avancement de projets immobiliers et notamment :

- Les consultations promoteurs immobilier :

  • Préparer le dossier de consultation et répondre aux sollicitations des participants,

  • Analyser les réponses et présenter les préconisations de l'équipe de Développement.

- Le suivi juridique des projets :

  • Rédaction des projets d’actes juridiques en lien avec les services internes et les partenaires externes

  • Assister aux négociations contractuelles.

- Le suivi opérationnel des projets : accompagner les promoteurs dans le développement des projets et dans leurs relations avec les équipes internes d'Euro Disney et les partenaires publics.

- Le suivi administratif des projets : accompagner les promoteurs dans la préparation des demandes d’autorisations administratives (permis de construire, cas par cas, demande d’agrément etc.) et dans le suivi de leur instruction.

- Le suivi technique des projets :

  • Coordonner les équipes internes pour la validation de l'esquisse, du PC, DCE, dossier marché,

  • Accompagner les promoteurs dans leurs relations avec les équipes techniques internes et les partenaires publics.

 Votre profil 💼

  • Vous préparez un Master 1 en immobilier ou urbanisme, avec une première expérience professionnelle (stage/alternance) en immobilier de préférence en promotion immobilière ou chez un aménageur

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C2)

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pack office, une notion du logiciel AUTOCAD est un plus.
