  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with programming, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support deal closure and successful campaign implementation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the properties and content across the full commercial portfolio and all platforms.
  • Lead and execute a minimum of three multi‑platform projects per year.
  • Understand, analyze, and apply key buying metrics (CPRs, CPMs, and others) used in advertising decision‑making across platforms.
  • Strengthen commercial relationships by building strong, trust‑based personal relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, including administrative, legal, and operational guidelines.

What we need from you to be part of this story:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Preferred: Additional studies or certifications in digital media platforms or advertising technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully close commercial negotiations and manage client portfolios.
  • Experience maximizing the commercial value of entertainment, sports, and family content.
  • Ability to develop integrated proposals combining traditional media, digital solutions, promotional activations, and sponsorships.
  • Strong understanding of sales budgets and proven capability to forecast revenue with a financial mindset.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with comfort working with performance metrics.
