Marketing and PR intern
Job Summary:
We are looking for an early graduate for our Marketing department at Disneyland Paris within our office in Madrid (Spain) - contrato en prácticas* de 1 año (6 meses + 6 meses).
This is a full-time role based in our Madrid office and you will be require to be on-site four days per week
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be supporting the team in the Marketing & PR department. Your responsibilities will include:
GENERAL:
- Support Marketing and PR teams tasks and projects to position Disneyland Paris in the top of mind of Spanish consumers.
MARKETING:
Marketing & Third-Party Promotions
- Help with the ICP (Integrated Communication Plan) updates.
- Review Promo assets accordingly with Creative Central Style guides.
- Follow up and coordination of winner’s promotions.
- Help with third parties’ presentation.
- Support on the planification of special shootings in coordination with central teams.
Digital
- Support consumer direct business growth with website and CRM content updates and translations.
- Weekly review of website to improve digital user experience / consumer journey.
- Key competitor CD channels audit.
- Support with the development of the affiliation program.
SoMe
- Support the SoMe Central team on the adaptation of the local SoMe assets for FB.
- Help to find the best assets for the local SoMe account (Disney Destinos) in the company image bank (Pixie Cloud).
- Participate in regular SoMe meetings with central teams to better support DLP priorities.
- Assist with the planification, development and delivery of the shootings to feed local IG Account.
- Weekly meeting with the local agency to develop SoMe, Disney Destinos, content calendar.
Owned Media
- Help with the Owned media assets delivery for Publishing and Disney Channel.
- Coordinate DLP SoMe content in other Disney SoMe accounts.
PR:
Support on the planification of European PR events.
- Develop media and influencers coverage reports.
- Support and collaborate on the Influencers and media individual visits.
- Collaborate on local PR and SoMe events.
- Press releases update and translation.
EXPECTED AREAS OF COMPETENCE (i.e. Personal Skills & Attributes):
- Studies: University studies at Management, ADE, Marketing and/or PR / COMMS (complemented by a strong Digital Background).
- Languages:
- Spanish
- English: High (oral and written);
- French: Nice to have (oral and written).
- Computer literate: word, excel, e-mail, PowerPoint, canvas, Capcut, AI, others
- Interpersonal skills: Attitude, proactive and results driven, analytical profile methodical, interpersonal relationship and good team spirit, ability to multi-task, availability to travel, solid communication skills, verbal and written.

Que no hayan transcurrido más de tres años, o de cinco cuando el contrato se concierte con personal trabajador con discapacidad, desde la terminación de los estudios
