The Studios Publicity & Events team is at the heart of bringing The Walt Disney Company’s stories, talent and brands to audiences across EMEA. As Supervisor, Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional events that connect our businesses, partners and audiences through memorable experiences.

Reporting to the Manager, Events & Studios EMEA PR, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events across EMEA, with a primary focus on cross line-of-business (X-LOB) activity while also supporting Studios publicity events. From venue sourcing and logistics management to stakeholder coordination and on-the-ground delivery, you will help ensure events are executed seamlessly, efficiently and to the highest standard.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive events professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding experiences in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of cross line-of-business (X-LOB) events across the UK and EMEA, partnering with multiple Disney businesses and functions.

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, production, AV, travel, accommodation and transport arrangements.

  • Develop and manage event timelines, schedules and run-of-show documentation to support seamless execution.

  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders across Publicity, Marketing, Communications, EMEA market teams and wider business partners to ensure alignment on objectives, messaging and delivery requirements.

  • Support the delivery of Studios publicity events, including screenings, premieres, junkets, talent activity and awards campaigns.

  • Act as a liaison with US-based PR teams and Awards coordinators to support publicity and awards-related activity.

  • Manage event budgets, including forecasting, tracking and reconciliation, identifying opportunities to maximise value while maintaining quality.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, production partners, suppliers and vendors.

  • Lead on-site event execution, ensuring an exceptional attendee experience and resolving operational challenges quickly and effectively.

  • Support post-event reporting, capture feedback and insights, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

  • Provide administrative support to the VP and wider team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, purchase orders and invoice processing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience delivering events, productions or large-scale projects within a media, entertainment, agency or similarly fast-paced environment.

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proven experience coordinating complex logistics across multiple stakeholders, suppliers and teams.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across different functions and levels.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts and financial tracking.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.

  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.

  • Comfortable supporting both strategic planning and hands-on event execution.

  • Strong administrative and operational coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-profile publicity campaigns, premieres, screenings, junkets or talent-facing events.

  • Experience working across multiple business units or delivering cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exposure to large-scale industry, corporate or showcase events.

  • Experience working with international teams and stakeholders across multiple markets.

  • Knowledge of the entertainment, film, television or streaming industries.

The Perks
