Job Summary:

在鮮有人跡的熱帶森林邊境，空中垂掛著貨網，木箱在岸邊漂浮，旁邊還停泊著獨木舟和鏽跡斑斑的鐵錨。你在這裡登上破舊的探險船，在隱蔽的熱帶河流上展開刺激的探險之旅。

成為我們可靠又友善的船長，引領賓客將城市繁囂拋諸腦後，全情投入難得一見的水上風光之中。

Responsibilities:

  • 負責森林河流之旅的日常營運
  • 擔任船長，負責演繹森林河流之旅的旅程及操作該遊樂設施
  • 在旅程中提供超乎期待的精彩表演，巧妙地運用幽默、懸念和引人入勝的演繹技巧，並以廣東話、普通話和英語演講，讓客人沉浸在探險之旅。同時在旅程間保持警惕，注意並防止任何潛在危險或會導致賓客不安全的行為。這包括啟動、停止和控制森林河流之旅船隻的速度和移動，以確保賓客的安全和奇妙體驗。
  • 於樂園開放前，仔細檢查所有船隻及遊樂設施範圍，確保其正常運作及保持完美演出
  • 嚴格遵從所有安全指引，營運程序及公司政策。即時應對船隻及遊樂設施發生之故障或其它緊急狀況，根據指引和守則停止遊樂設施運作，及於需要時疏散賓客。執行緊急應變措施，同時應對賓客查詢及疑慮。
  • 協助無障礙或有其它需求之賓客登上及離開船隻
  • 留意載客量和賓客等候時間，增加遊樂設施承載能力
  • 匯報所有技術問題、空全隱憂或其它不正常情況
  • 於樂園閉園後進行檢查，確保所有船隻及遊樂設施範圍安全無異，並匯報任何問題或異常

Basic Qualifications:

  • 兼職職位會按公司營運需求輪班工作，並根據兼職種類：
    • 平日兼職: 需於星期一至五可被排班
    • 週末兼職: 需於星期六、日及公眾假期可被排班
  • 流利廣東話，良好普通話及英語。同時能熟用其它語言之申請者可獲優先考慮。
  • 良好人際溝通能力，關懷他人，外向，富表演欲及主動性
  • 能為賓客帶來親臨其境之奇妙體驗
  • 能以對話、肢體語言及個人互動與賓客建立聯繫
  • 能於高壓及較艱辛之工作環境下維持殷勤有禮及完美演出
  • 對崗位有強烈熱誠，維持高品質服務
  • 接受回饋及意見並進行改善，持續發展船長所需之技能

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 一年以上娛樂事務、旅遊或酒店業相關之賓客款待經驗

工作時間： 我們的主題樂園及度假區酒店全年365天運作，因此本職位需要按照由公司編訂的更表輪班，並需要在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。
