Job Requirements

Ready to make magic? We’re hiring for our 12-month undergraduate placement schemes.

Behind every Disney experience is a team of finance professionals, driving business performance across our brands, products and experiences. As an Accounting and Finance Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience, develop valuable commercial and technical skills, and build a strong foundation for your future career.

Whether you're interested in financial planning, accounting, reporting, tax, cash management, procurement, or business partnering, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to real projects while working alongside experienced professionals across The Walt Disney Company EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).

Throughout your internship, you'll be fully integrated into your team, supporting day-to-day activities, strategic projects, and process improvements while developing your financial knowledge, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values; acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

By applying for this Internship, you will be considered for all available teams outlined below. If you have any role preference(s), please note this in your cover letter.

Business Partnering

Our Business Partnering roles help teams across EMEA understand performance, manage investments, and make informed decisions. You’ll gain exposure to core finance activities including planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and commercial analysis, while developing your ability to turn financial data into meaningful insight. If you have a preference for a particular area within the Business Partnering area, please state this in your cover letter:

  • Disney+: You’ll help teams understand business performance and support strategic decisions for one of the world’s leading streaming platforms.
  • Disney Consumer Products (DCP): Working across businesses including Fashion, Home, Toys, Publishing, Health & Beauty and Food+, you'll help provide financial insights that support the performance of products across the EMEA region, partnering with Marketing and Commercial teams to support key business decisions.
  • Disney Destinations International (DDI): You’ll work closely with the team to support financial decisions across Disney’s travel brands across EMEA to experience Disneyland Paris (DLP), Walt Disney World Resort in Florida (WDW), and Disney Cruise Line (DCL) holidays.
  • Media Networks & Ad Sales: Working closely with teams that support Disney's portfolio of entertainment channels, content distribution and advertising partnerships.
  • Stage Plays: You'll support the financial performance of Disney's live theatrical productions that bring Disney stories to life on stage.
  • Studio Distribution: working across either theatrical distribution or digital transactional, you’ll help analyse and track the performance across the distribution of content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures.
  • Studios Marketing & Music: You'll help to analyse and track the investment behind major film releases and marketing campaigns across Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, Searchlight Pictures and 20th Century Studios, and gain exposure to Disney’s Music business.
  • The Disney Stores (TDS): Gain exposure to both Disney's retail stores and e-commerce business. You'll help support business decisions for products inspired by Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and National Geographic.

Central Planning

Join Disney EMEA's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and gain exposure to the financial performance of multiple businesses across the region. You’ll support the company working on forecast cycles, close cycles, risks & opportunities, headcount, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) budget, whilst helping drive innovation through data transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Controllership

Our Controllership roles support the financial accuracy, compliance and governance behind Disney’s EMEA operations.
