Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the end-to-end development lifecycle, from user interface through to back-end services.
Writing robust, fault-tolerant, and maintainable code, applying SOLID principles, object-oriented design patterns, and TDD practices.
Managing and maintaining development tools, environments, and hardware to ensure optimal productivity and platform stability.
Collaborating on version control, continuous integration, and deployment strategies, leveraging tools such as Git and GitLab.
Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues using appropriate logging and diagnostic tools.
Exploring and evaluating emerging technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation.
Supporting the transition from legacy applications to ASP.NET MVC 5 and .NET Core-based architectures.
Identifying and implementing technical improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.

You’ll be encouraged to suggest and drive improvements to tools and processes, using technology to enhance performance.
You’ll build relationships across TWDC to develop a broader understanding of the business and digital platforms contribute to success.
You’ll help foster an inclusive workplace, championing diversity and making use of available resources to extend best practices.
