As a Site Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing the guest experience across all platforms—desktop, mobile web, and app—on DisneyStore.com, driving digital performance through a seamless, friction-free journey. You will collaborate with teams across marketing and technology to enhance site navigation, content, promotions, on-site search, A/B testing, personalization, and more.

  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and communicate results from testing to support ongoing site enhancements

  • Serve as site lead for A/B testing by identifying opportunities, coordinating tests, reviewing results, and driving actions to enhance the guest experience

  • Own end-to-end management of key product categories—driving performance and supporting divisional goals—including presenting site plans, requesting creative assets, and building on-site content

  • Collaborate closely with eCommerce Buyers, Planning, Marketing, and Creative teams to align on product priorities, promotions, and featured merchandise, and to develop strategies that drive conversion, demand, and margin

  • Ensure product accuracy and optimization within assigned categories, including categorization, attribution, recommendations, and product details with the help of the Assistant Site Merchandiser

  • Manage and maintain the setup and testing of all promotional activity for the omni-channel promotional plan with the Assistant Site Merchandiser

  • Partner closely with technology teams on site enhancements, features, bugs, and functionality to improve guest experience

  • Support the development of personalized on-site experiences using segmentation, customer groups, source codes, and sort algorithms through Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)

  • Partner with SEO on upcoming releases/campaigns and new pages, and collaborate on recommendations for page naming and structure to support search optimization

  • Monitor internal/on-site search to identify trending items, common misspellings, and null searches and updating to improve search accuracy and guest experience

  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to communicate the unique business needs of online retailing to translate franchise, brand, and synergy business tactics to support product growth and the overall company’s strategies

  • Mentor and develop the Assistant Site Merchandiser by providing guidance on eCommerce best practices, tools, and tactical execution
