Du liebst Marken wie Disney, Marvel oder Star Wars und willst sie im Handel zum Leben erwecken? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig! In dieser Rolle gestaltest Du die strategischen Retail- und Franchise-Marketingaktivitäten für unsere lizenzierten Themen in der DACH-Region.

Als Bindeglied zwischen unseren Category- und Retail-Sales-Teams sowie unseren Lizenzpartnern und Handelspartnern steuerst Du die Franchise-  und Retailmarketing Initiativen für unsere Lizenzprodukte.

Das übergeordnete Ziel dieser Stelle ist es, die Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für Marketing und Vertrieb des gesamten Portfolios der Disney Consumer Products kontinuierlich zu maximieren

Die Stelle arbeitet primär aus unserem Münchner Büro mit einem Tag Homeoffice-Option. Diese Stelle ist eine Elternzeitvertretung in Teilzeit (32 Stunden pro Woche) und auf ca. zwei Jahre befristet.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Konzeption wirkungsvoller Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Nachfrage und Absatz in der DACH-Region.
  • Entwicklung kreativer Franchise-Kampagnen – teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit den EMEA Teams.
  • Planung und Umsetzung landesweiter Marketingaktivierungen – von der Idee bis zur Implementierung.
  • Verantwortung für maßgeschneiderte Handelsaktivierungen bei strategischen Accounts. 
  • Herausarbeitung überzeugender Verkaufsargumente zur Unterstützung von Sell-in und Sell-out. 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams (z. B. Key Account, Category Management und anderen TWDC Geschäftsbereichen) und externen Partnern (z.B. Handel und Lizenznehmern).
  • Effiziente Steuerung aller Aktivitäten im Rahmen der Budgets. 
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Entwicklung neuer Ideen zur Erhöhung der Sichtbarkeit im Handel. 
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Handels- und Lizenzpartnern. 

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/ Arbeitserfahrung.
  • Signifikate Arbeitserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder Trade Marketing – idealerweise im Medien- oder Markenumfeld.
  • Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest kreativ und packst proaktiv an.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der regionalen Handelslandschaft.
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Konsumenten- und Markttrends – und natürlich für Disney-Themen.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und fühlst Dich in einem internationalen Umfeld wohl.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse mit der Microsoft Office Suite – Grafikkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich.
