Job Summary:

Overall Purpose of the Role

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital & Brand Marketing Intern to support the Media Network's Digital and Brand Marketing Teams across Central Europe. This internship will focus on the development and execution of marketing campaigns for leading TV brands such as FX, National Geographic, Disney Junior and Disney Channel, with a particular emphasis on development of YouTube strategy and channel growth.

The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in implementing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and enhancing the presence of our entertainment and factual brands on YouTube, as well as the opportunity to work with TWDC creative teams and participate in creative processes for developing compelling video content. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, digital and creative teams to build brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and support the achievement of our business objectives.

While the primary focus will be on the Polish market, the intern will also be involved in broader regional activities, supporting initiatives for both linear TV and brand’s YouTube channels in Hungary, Romania, and the Czech Republic.

Areas of Responsibility

Support to Digital and Brand Marketing teams:

  • Support the development and execution of digital strategy for You Tube channels (Kids and factual brands).
  • Implementing and analysing YT content performance.
  • Cooperation with external agencies on Social Media ongoing calendar execution (factual and entertainment).
  • Supporting YouTube content monetization efforts and paid activities
  • Briefing Social Media agencies under supervision of Digital Marketing Manager
  • Support the implementation of effective marketing campaigns for FX and National Geographic brands in Poland trough managing ongoing content deliveries and ensuring assets are available and localized on time.

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required

Ability to plan, organize, manage and analyse.   

Knowledge of the Polish media market, deep interest in TV and digital media. Series and movies fans – well seen.

Skills Required

Very good English level [written and spoken

High interest in Digital & Marketing

High understanding and knowledge of Social Media Platforms

Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

Excellent time management skills

Strong multitasker: managing multiple projects and campaigns at the same time

Strong team player – positive and proactive

Creativity and business sense

Willing to learn
