Dann wartet bei Disney Advertising in München eine einzigartige Herausforderung auf dich: Unterstütze führende Agenturen und Direktkunden dabei, ihre Botschaften über Disney+, ESPN, YouTube, Social Media sowie im linearen TV auf Disney Channel, National Geographic und National Geographic Wild wirkungsvoll zu inszenieren.

Mit dem werbefinanzierten Start von Disney+ in Deutschland sowie unserer starken Präsenz im klassischen TV bieten wir dir eine Plattform, um crossmediale Kampagnen zu gestalten, die sowohl im Bereich Connected TV (CTV), Digital Video, Social Media als auch im klassischen Fernsehen neue Maßstäbe setzen.

Diese Stelle erfordert eine Büropräsenz an 4 Tagen pro Woche.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundendaten zur Identifikation von Potenzialen im bestehenden Kundenportfolio

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Cross- und Upselling-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Key Account Management

  • Steuerung und Optimierung interner Prozesse für eine exzellente Kundenbetreuung

  • Erstellung von Kampagnenbriefings, Angeboten, Reportings und Unterstützung bei Pitches

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von CRM-Systemen (z. B. Salesforce) zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Transparenz

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit KAM, Marketing, Campaign Management, Yield und Research zur Entwicklung integrierter Sales-Strategien

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Tiefes Verständnis der Medienbranche und Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenbetreuung im Media Sales Umfeld

  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten in konkrete Maßnahmen zu übersetzen

  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Ownership für deine Themen

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams

  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools im Vertrieb

  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
