Job Summary:

インターナショナルペイロール部門の日本チームメンバーとして人事部門、経理部門、およびペイロールベンダーと連携し、給与計算および給与関連業務を担当します。

給与・労務のご経験を活かし、ステークホルダーと円滑なコミュニケーションを取りながら、正確性の向上とタイムマネジメントを意識して業務を遂行できる方を求めています。

主な業務内容

毎月の給与計算に必要な情報（入退社他、各種変更情報）の取りまとめ、確認
勤怠システムの管理（社員情報登録、勤怠締め等）と月次勤怠データの作成
ペイロールベンダーから提供された給与計算結果の検証・確認
給与の会計処理上必要なデータの作成と提供
各種調査、監査、税務申告用データの作成・回答
社員問い合わせ対応
年末調整、算定基礎届、労働保険更新等の年次業務のベンダーとのスケジュール調整、連携、確認
請求書、社会保険・源泉所得税・住民税等の支払関連処理
ベンダーマネジメントおよび各業務のプロセス・フローの効率化・改善の提案

求めるスキル・経験:

500名超規模の給与計算の経験（インハウス、アウトソーシング問わず・小売業での給与計算経験者優遇）
源泉所得税および社会保険の知識
PCスキル（エクセル中級以上：VLOOKUP、ピボットテーブル必須）
日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル：メール、オンライン会議でのコミュニケーション）
駐在員給与計算の経験があれば尚可
SAP (HR & Finance) と Workdayの人事システムの経験があれば尚可
学士以上の学位
