
DSE Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Terminal Operations Rotational Associate

The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Commercial Strategy, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months.
The DSE Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Terminal Operations Rotational Associate will be an in-office role located in Celebration, FL. The associate may travel locally within the WDW resort area for certain site visits, meetings and projects as well as within the state of Florida to support terminal operations as needed. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within the DCL Terminal Operations team which may include transportation, shoreside operations, port planning & operations and overall terminal support.
We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2026.
You Will Do/Responsibilities:
Tackle relevant projects
Participate in a robust development curriculum
Develop critical technical and leadership skills
Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
Work in a dynamic operation that consists of shoreside operations, coordination of all 3rd party services, and support through employee and guest services
Support all guest transportation from Walt Disney World Resort to cruise ship port
Handle confidential guest information and guest escalations
Partner with technology teams on troubleshooting challenges with Guest and employee applications
Upon completion of the program, successful participants may be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for future opportunities
You Will Have/Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience (including internships) within the Travel Industry or Operations or related field
Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Keen organizational skills and attention to detail. Interest in continuing career within Travel Industry.
Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Access to dependable transportation is required for travel to multiple locations within the state of Florida.
Ability to lift 50 pounds, push road cases that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting (pallet loading, pallet jack, etc)
Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on presentation decks and presenting projects and findings to all level of staff.
Practical or university/classes within Business, Operations, Maritime/Travel Industry, etc.
Understanding of the DCL products and offerings
May have the need for international work travel; possess a valid passport
Project management experience or equivalent. Experience working in an agile environment where direction and priorities may shift and change quickly.
Experience working cross functionally with teams such as technology, guest relations etc as well as interacting with 3rd party vendors or contractors.
Required Education:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (completed between Summer 2025-Summer 2026)
