Le département « Total Rewards » de Disneyland Paris recrute un(e) apprenti(e) Assistant(e) de Projet de Rémunération au sein de l’équipe « Compensation and Benefits ». Cette équipe est responsable de l'élaboration d'un système de rémunération global pour l'ensemble des employés, de l'évaluation régulière des avantages sociaux, ainsi que du soutien à la direction dans l'application de la politique de rémunération et des avantages sociaux.

En tant qu'apprenti(e) au sein de ce département vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Vous participez à l’extraction et à la consolidation des bases de données : comprendre et collecter les données issues de sources diverses (systèmes RH, Internet, résultats d'enquêtes, ...)
  • Vous participez à la production d'analyses statistiques : recueillir les besoins, identifier les informations et les outils pertinents, produire et communiquer des analyses statistiques, les résultats et favoriser leur compréhension et leur exploitation, construire des indicateurs de pilotage et des tableaux de bord prospectifs
  • Vous réalisez des études de positionnement salarial sur la base de l'exploitation de données statistiques marché
  • Vous faites des propositions salariales en lien avec les équipes recrutement / HRBP / Business
  • Vous analysez et effectuez une veille sur les systèmes de rémunération individuels et collectifs tout en regardant leur positionnement par rapport aux benchmarks internes et externes afin de maintenir la compétitivité

Votre profil ?

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Ressources Humaines et recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation).
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel avancé).
  • Des connaissances en technologies BI serait un plus – (SAP, BO)
  • Vous avez un niveau intermédiaire-avancé en anglais (B1/B2)
  • Vous êtes rigoureux, organisé, et vous faites preuve d’autonomie.
  • Vous avez une appétence pour la gestion des donnée et un esprit d’analyse.
