Nous recrutons des Chef.fes de partie F/H/NB en CDI
En étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de la brigade et rattaché.e au management (Sous-chefs et Chef de cuisine), le/la Chef.fe de Partie est responsable de la préparation des plats, de la mise en place au dressage, afin d'offrir une expérience culinaire de premier plan aux visiteurs de Disneyland Paris.

Responsibilities:

Vos missions ?
- Elaborer la production en toute autonomie sur l’ensemble des postes (froid, chaud, dessert) de la mise en place au dressage à l’assiette ou sur buffet, dans le respect des fiches techniques et des standards de qualité établis
- S’adapter aux situations imprévues (allergies, changement de carte, demandes spécifiques…)
- Respecter de façon permanente l’application des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)
- Participer à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs et contribuer au suivi de nos alternants et stagiaires
- Communiquer les décisions prises par le management tout en les appliquant.

Vos atouts pour réussir ?

- Vous maîtrisez l'ensemble des techniques culinaires (préparations, découpes, différents modes de cuisson, dressage...) et vous êtes autonome dans leur réalisation
- Vous possédez une première expérience significative dans une fonction similaire, idéalement dans un restaurant à fort volume d'activité
- Vous avez un niveau de français B2 minimum
- Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe en toutes circonstances et avez des facilités à communiquer dans un environnement international
- Vous êtes flexible et pouvez être planifié.e à partir de 5h00 ou jusqu'à 2h00, en semaine comme durant les week-ends.

Additional Information:

Poste en CDI 35h du lundi au Dimanche.
Les entretiens se dérouleront à distance (uniquement) pour des postes basés à Marne-La-Vallée.
