Dans l’univers authentique du Far West, vous assisterez le Manager Restaurant pour garantir une expérience unique à nos visiteurs. Présent sur le terrain, vous encadrez et motivez votre équipe, veillez à la qualité du service et insufflez l’esprit convivial qui fait la réputation de notre saloon.
En tant qu’Assistant(e) Bar, vous serez principalement responsable du bon fonctionnement du Bar. Vous interviendrez également sur certaines missions en salle, notamment lors de la clôture, afin de garantir la fluidité et la qualité, favorisant ainsi la fluidité et la qualité globale du service. Cette diversité de missions constitue un atout pour développer vos compétences dans plusieurs univers de la restauration et enrichir votre parcours professionnel.

Votre quotidien à Disneyland Paris ?
Rattaché(e) au Manager Restaurant, vous aurez la responsabilité d’offrir une expérience magique et inoubliable à nos visiteurs. Pour ce faire, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Organiser, distribuer, suivre et contrôler le travail d’une équipe composée de 40 collaborateurs par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent.
- Insuffler, en étroite collaboration avec le manager une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs et collaboratrices.
- Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs et collaboratrices, et transmettre votre savoir-faire technique et comportemental.
- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité ainsi que les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
- Traiter les opérations quotidiennes (administratives et opérationnelles) et les adapter pour répondre aux attentes des clients
- Alerter en temps réel des écarts de performance au regard des objectifs de productivité.
- Prendre les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité du service/produit et la satisfaction clientèle au quotidien.
- Participer aux projets de votre secteur d’activité.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
- Vous êtes idéalement titulaire d’un diplôme en Hôtellerie-Restauration, et justifiez d’une expérience de 2 an minimum en management d’équipe au sein d'un bar/restaurant.
- Vous connaissez et appliquez les standards de service et maitrisez les normes HACCP.
- Vous savez accompagner et développer une équipe et aimez encadrer.
- Vous vous démarquez par votre aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication.
- Vous êtes force de proposition et orienté(e) solutions.
- Vous possédez de réelles capacités d’adaptation et êtes flexible sur les jours et horaires de travail.
- Vous avez un niveau de Français C1 minimum ; un niveau d’Anglais élémentaire serait un vrai plus.
