Responsibilities:

高級娛樂事務技術員負責領導工作人員成功安裝和完成特殊活動/季節性項目，同時保持安全和專業標準。理想的候選人將具有強大的人際交往能力——在工作中渴望學習、自我驅動、熱衷於交付高品質的工作、富有創造力、優秀的溝通能力、積極的傾聽者、團隊合作者、可靠的、解決問題的能力、專案能力管理技能。注重細節和尊重我們的財產。願意輪班工作，可以根據需要進行夜間安裝。

職責 :

  • 在沒有監督的情況下按照專案中的描述按計劃安全地交付項目
  • 審查設計、評估位置、規劃、安裝、服務項目
  • 依照工程範圍正確安裝舞台設備
  • 安裝變壓器、連接線路、編程
  • 清理所有受安裝影響的區域
  • 參加團隊會議並為提高效率提供意見
  • 能夠領導團隊提供指導，讓團隊能準時完成任務
  • 安裝前對公司 Genie 電梯進行適當的維護、操作和準備
  • 為團隊提供進階培訓

Basic Qualifications:

  • 具備至少 5 年管理經驗
  • 5年以上音響/視像/燈光程式設計經驗
  • 良好的中、英文口頭和書面溝通能力
  • 願意輪班工作，包括夜間、週末和假日的全職工作
  • 具備技術和機械能力，能夠使用基本的手動工具
  • 在惡劣和/或極端天氣條件下進行戶外工作
  • 安裝及處理新製成品並解決其相關的技術性疑難
  • 充分了解電子設備和資迅系統訊息流
  • 具備良好電腦及軟體播放系統能力
  • 能夠對舞台伺服器進行編程
  • 必須有正面的態度、自我激勵、自我管理、對自己和他人有耐心
  • 必須能夠接受指示、適應不斷變化的需求並具備承擔新任務的能力
  • 必須擁有經過驗證的安全記錄 – 安全的駕駛記錄和安全第一的心態

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 副學士或以上程度
  • 具備進階的網路、程式設計和電腦技能
  • 具備表演控制系統和自動化技能知識
  • 持有香港駕駛執照(第一及第二類別)者優先
  • 註冊電業工程人員及持有平安卡者優先
