Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026 et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ? 

Workforce Insights a pour mission le dimensionnement et l'optimisation des ressources jusqu'au jour J pour le périmètre opérationnel de Disneyland Paris.

Au sein de la direction Workforce Stratégie, les équipes Orchestration accompagnent les partenaires opérationnels dans le dimensionnement du besoin et dans le pilotage des heures sur un horizon de trois mois.

Vos missions :  🥽

  • Accompagner les directions opérationnelles dont vous avez la charge dans le dimensionnement de leur besoin Labor (tâches)  
  • Collaborer avec ces mêmes directions dans le pilotage des heures sur un horizon de trois mois 
  • Discuter des stratégies de gestion du Labor avec les directions opérationnelles 
  • Suivre les indicateurs clés et proposer des améliorations des processus actuels 
  • Contribuer à la réalisation, à la mise en place et à la restitution de supports de communication 
  • Participer à des projets transverses au sein de la division  
  • Accompagner le coordinateur en charge du périmètre dans le maintien de l'existant et dans la gestion de toutes les demandes opérationnelles 
  • Fournir des analyses permettant d’orienter les prises de décision                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

Profil / Compétences 💼  

  • Vous préparerez un Master en Ressources Humaines / SIRH et recherchez une alternance de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou de professionnalisation). Vous avez une appétence pour le management de projet ou la conduite de changement. 
  • Vous avez un niveau C2 en français et B1/B2 en anglais 
  • Vous maitrisez très bien le Pack Office (en particulier Excel) et une connaissance de Tableau Reader ou Power BI serait un plus 
  • Vous avez une excellente communication orale et écrite (capacité rédactionnelle) et êtes à l’aise pour prendre la parole en public
  • Vous savez travailler en transverse et faites preuve de rigueur, d’autonomie et de curiosité
