Job Summary:

Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance à partir de septembre 2026, et vous souhaitez l’effectuer au sein de Disneyland Paris 🏰 ? 

Le département Merchandise Développement Produit est composé de deux pôles : Softline et Hardline en charge du développement des produits vendus dans les boutiques des Parcs, des Hôtels et de Disney Village. Vous ferez partie intégrante du pôle Hardline regroupant 20 personnes et interviendrez en particulier sur le développement stratégique du secteur Souvenir/Trading (pin’s, goodies, produits souvenirs…). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs internationaux et le département artistique.                     

Ce que vous ferez ⭐ 

Sous la supervision d’un/e chef(fe) de produit et d’un/e chargé(e) de produit, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Assurer la gestion administrative liée au développement produit
  • Suivre des gammes complètes en développement et stratégiquement
  • Conduire le développement de certaines gammes ou produit avec l’établissement d’un cahier des charges
  • Suivre les corrections d'échantillon avec le département artistique
  • Effectuer une veille concurrentielle sur les 2 secteurs
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, suivis des nouvelles règlementations notamment d’éco-conception
  • Suivre la cohérence et la mise à jour des plans de collection pour établir avec le/la chef(fe) de produit des stratégies produit           
  • Effectuer l'analyse des besoins consommateurs spécifiques à Disneyland Paris

                                                                        

                       

Ce que nous recherchons 💼  

  • Vous préparerez à la rentrée un Master en Marketing, Merchandising, Commerce ou Management de produit
  • Vous êtes à la recherche d’une alternance d’une durée de 12 ou 24 mois à partir de septembre 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation)
  • Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en développement produit (stage ou alternance compris)
  • Vous avez un niveau de français C1/C2 et d’anglais intermédiaire (B2 minimum)
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office, notamment Excel (niveau avancé)
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité à travailler en mode transverse et une bonne capacité rédactionnelle
  • Vous faites preuve d’agilité, de rigueur, d’organisation et d’autonomie. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, faites preuve d’écoute active et êtes force de proposition
