Au sein la division Design & Delivery en charge de l’ensemble des projets de réhabilitations des assets de notre destination, nous souhaitons renforcer notre équipe et recherchons des candidats qualifiés qui veulent utiliser leurs talents et leurs compétences pour travailler sur des projets de grande envergure au sein de Disneyland Paris.

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) de Projets qui sera en charge des différents projets de réhabilitation des Parcs.

Rejoindre Disneyland Paris, c’est participer à la magie des lieux en étant au cœur de la coordination des interventions, de jour comme de nuit.

Vos missions :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Groupe des Coordinateurs de Travaux, vous serez en charge de la Sécurité des projets de réhabilitation (conduite, coordination et gestion) qui vous seront confiés, dans le respect de la législation, de nos standards internes et de nos cinq clés Disneyland Paris : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Spectacle, Efficacité et Inclusion.

Gestion de projets

  • Assurer la bonne exécution des projets qui vous sont confiés.

  • Garantir le respect des délais, des engagements contractuels, des budgets et des exigences de sécurité.

  • Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et technique des opérations.

Coordination des interventions

  • Coordonner les ressources techniques et opérationnelles nécessaires à l’avancement des projets.

  • Assurer le suivi quotidien avec les parties prenantes internes et externes (équipes travaux, exploitants, prestataires, OPC, bureaux de contrôle, etc.).

  • Collecter et structurer les informations nécessaires concernant l’ensemble des opérations de nuit du service afin d’assurer la continuité, la sécurité et la performance des opérations.

Qualité & Amélioration continue

  • Mettre en œuvre et faire vivre les outils qualité (suivi des écarts, plans d’actions, indicateurs, retours d’expérience).

  • Contribuer activement à la gestion de l’amélioration continue des process, méthodes et pratiques opérationnelles.

  • Être force de proposition pour optimiser l’organisation, la gestion des risques, la sécurité et l’efficacité des projets.

Analyse & propositions

  • Collecter et analyser les informations nécessaires au pilotage des projets.

  • Proposer des solutions adaptées aux contraintes techniques, réglementaires et opérationnelles.

  • S’assurer de la conformité des livrables avec le cahier des charges communiqué.

Communication

  • Participer ou Animer les réunions de suivi et de coordination.

  • Rédiger les comptes rendus et assurer la mise en forme des documents et supports projets.

  • Garantir une communication claire, structurée et fluide entre les différents acteurs.

Votre profil :

- Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation de type Bac+5 QHSE (Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement), vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans la sécurité de projets de construction, dans les inspections/ évaluations de sécurité en phase travaux, idéalement dans un environnement similaire (chantier en exploitation, site occupé, opérations de nuit).

- La maîtrise des outils de planification et de suivi de la coactivité sur chantiers tels que Plancile/ Planilog sont un plus.

- Doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’organisation, vous faites preuve de réactivité et d’une capacité à prioriser les tâches.

- Vous savez travailler efficacement avec des interlocuteurs internes et externes et entretenir des relations de partenariat de qualité.

- Votre autonomie, votre capacité à proposer des solutions et votre orientation vers les résultats seront des atouts essentiels pour ce poste.

- Vous possédez une solide culture sécurité et qualité, avec une forte orientation amélioration continue.

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDD de 18 mois et est au statut Cadre Autonome.
