Job Summary:

Sous la responsabilité du Manager prévention - Chantier, vous apportez votre expertise dans le cadre de la prévention des risques professionnels, dans le but de garantir la Sécurité de nos visiteurs et de nos salariés, conformément à la stratégie définie par la direction, tout en veillant au respect de nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Efficacité et Spectacle.

Vos Missions :     

  • Accompagner la Maîtrise d’Ouvrage en conception et réalisation dans le domaine de la prévention et la sécurité du travail sur des projets de bâtiment neufs ou lors de réhabilitation :

    • Etudier le projet et appréhender les rôles et les responsabilités de chaque intervenant,

    • Participer, en collaboration avec les intervenants internes et externes, à l’analyse des risques liés au projet et à la définition et mise en œuvre des actions de prévention,

    • Accompagner les salariés pour la réalisation des plans de prévention lors de l’intervention d’entreprise extérieure

  • Assurer les relations avec les organismes de prévention ainsi qu’avec les coordonnateurs sécurité protection de la santé en lien avec les chefs de projets,

  • Faire le lien sur les sujets sécurité avec les entités de Disneyland Paris entrant en coactivité avec les chantiers que vous suivez

  • Analyser et suivre les accidents du travail, réaliser des bilans à posteriori et proposer des plans d’actions

  • Informer et sensibiliser les salariés et participer à l'élaboration des modules de formation réglementaires

  • Participer ou coordonner des projets transverses et d'homogénéisation de nos méthodes, outils et recommandations

Votre Profil :

  • De formation Bac+3 minimum avec une spécialisation en sécurité au travail (de type QHSE) ou expérience équivalente.

  • Vous avez minimum 2 ans d'expérience en prévention santé sécurité ou sur des chantiers de BTP.

  • Analytique et rigoureux(se), vous avez le sens de l’organisation et êtes un(e) bon(ne) communiquant(e) aimant travailler en équipe ainsi qu’en proximité des équipes sur le terrain.

  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) et les outils informatiques d’une manière générale.

  • Vous maîtrisez le français à l’écrit comme à l’oral (Niveau C1 minimum) ainsi que l’anglais (niveau B2 – Courant minimum).

  • Ce poste nécessite une réelle flexibilité horaire afin de mener à bien les missions confiées (Astreinte à prévoir).

Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un CDI et au statut Cadre.
