Votre environnement :

Avec plus de 200.000 articles de costume en distribution et plus de 500 panoplies référencées, le Costuming Opérationnel est considéré le plus grand d’Europe.

Sous la responsabilité de l’équipe de management du Costuming Opérationnel des Parcs ou Disney Village, vous assurez le suivi et la distribution des costumes fournis aux salariés en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

 Vos Missions :

  • Vous êtes en charge d’accueillir les employés travaillant en costume, de les orienter et de répondre aux éventuelles problématiques liées à leur tenue de travail​.
  • Vous assurez le contrôle des standards des costumes avant leur mise en rayon​
  • Vous garantissez l’approvisionnement, la bonne tenue des rayons et la distribution des costumes opérationnels​
  • Vous assurez le suivi informatique des articles de costume dans le logiciel dédié ​
  • Vous préparez et assurez le suivi des demandes spécifiques de costumes (événements spéciaux, costumes sur-mesure…)​
  • Vous serez en charge du suivi de la blanchisserie interne
  • Vous participez à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services… et aidez ponctuellement dans toute activité répondant aux besoins opérationnels du département​.

Votre profil :

  • Vous avez une expérience dans l’accueil et la gestion de clientèle d’au moins 1 an ​
  • Une première expérience en logistique et/ou dans le monde du vêtement serait un plus. ​
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les nouvelles technologies et vous avez des bases solides en Pack Office 
  • Vous maitrisez la langue française (niveau C1 minimum) et vous avez un niveau débutant en anglais (A1)  

Informations pratiques :

  • Ce poste est à pourvoir en contrat 35H en CDD et au statut non-cadre.
  • Plusieurs contrats sont à pourvoir du 18 octobre au 2 Novembre 2025 et du 20 Décembre 2025 au 4 Janvier 2026.
  • Ces dates sont fixes. Il faudra être disponible pendant toute la durée du contrat
  • Ce poste est basé à Marne-La-Vallée
  • Une flexibilité horaire est demandée pour ce poste, le Costuming étant ouvert tous les jours entre 5H et 22H, y compris les Weekends et les jours feriés.
  • Ce poste est soumis au port de charges et aux gestes répétitifs
