Ce que vous ferez 🌟 

 

Intégré(e) à l’équipe Support Opérationnel Merchandise, vous serez amené(e) à : 

  • Aider à la gestion des projets de l’équipe : participer aux meetings de suivi de projets, élaborer le cahier des charges avec les chefs de projets, gérer des sous-projets sous la supervision de votre tuteur, aider au suivi des tâches et échéances, récolter des infos auprès des parties prenantes et communiquer l'avancement aux clients 

  • Communiquer et coordonner : rédiger les comptes rendus de réunion et assurer leur diffusion, mettre à jour les Smartsheets, proposer des améliorations de process internes, participer à la mise en avant des projets au sein du Resort avec ses supérieurs hiérarchiques et travailler sur l'homogénéisation des supports communiqués par les différents partenaires, tant sur le contenu que sur la forme 

  • Suivi budgétaire et administratif des projets recurring : participer au suivi des dépenses récurrentes  

  • Veille et recherche : rassembler des informations sur des sujets spécifiques en lien avec les projets (mapping des demandes opérationnelles vs faisabilité) et approfondir la collaboration avec Legal (articles de lois en lien avec nos projets, règlementations, normes actuelles vs normes futures) afin d'être toujours en règles malgré l'évolution des règlementations.  

  • Formation et montée en compétences : développement de compétences pratiques dans le domaine du management de projet, en étant formé par des professionnels expérimentés tout en partageant ses connaissances avec l'équipe Support Opérationnel Merchandise (tuto, présentation 

 

Ce que nous recherchons 💼 

  • Formation: vous préparez idéalement une Licence Professionnelle en Management et Gestion des Organisations ou un Master en Management et vous recherchez un stage de maximum 6 mois  

  • Langues : français courant (C2) et anglais avancé (C1) 

  • Gestion : vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans la gestion de projets

  • Outils : maitrise du pack Office et Permis B  

  • Relationnel : vous ferez preuve de curiosité, de diplomatie et réactivité dans la gestion des situations et vous aimez la collaboration  

  • Flexibilité : vous êtes prêt(e) à accompagner votre équipe avec des horaires flexibles en semaine et ponctuellement la nuit
